Almost pleasurable
I had a wonderful experience at Genix ,Cirencester. Knowing before I arrived that an extraction was the best option it was with some trepidation that I climbed the stairs to the surgery. I told Maria that I had a low threshold to pain. I need not have worried as the whole procedure was done with absolute professionalism. My trepidation was unnecessary. 24 hours later I was totally pain free.

Welcoming and efficient.
Welcoming. Seen on time. Thorough review of medical history, latest issue and new drugs. Only in for a check-up, but Dr Gafoor resolved an issue of food trapped between teeth from night before that I hadn't been able to remove by brushing, flossing, or interdental brush (advised I wasn't using the right one). Teeth cleaned also. Pleasant, helpful, and efficient assistant and reception staff. Never have had a fear of going to the dentist even as a child, but if I had, I'm sure Genix staff would put me at my ease.

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful, my my 1 concern is that I am with the n h service, my treatment costs and bridges to be made and fitted were through there private scheme which was nearly £8,000, too much for a pensioner, don’t know why, now waking for a n h dentist to give me a cheaper quote, any advice ?.t hill.

My lovely dentist, Simona Alexandru, is so gentle and caring. She always gives me advice on how to care for my teeth and gums, which are obviously correct because my long-term gum problems have improved greatly.

I have been a patient with Genix for…
I have been a patient with Genix for 16yrs now and have regular 6 monthly check ups with Mostafa. Mostafa is always pleasant and gentle as he knows how nervous I am if I require treatment. This in turn puts me at ease. Two of my grandchildren also see him now. Very pleasant staff all round and practice 👍

I had a tooth out and new Denture…
I had a tooth out and new Denture fitted, still in pain, when asked to have them checked because having difficulty eating because of the pain, told not a problem and pain is expected and told to go back in 3 months, I still not able to chew my food with out pain. I just sit a cry, worst thing I've ever had done

I feel deceived
I paid £20 for an appointment and I assumed this would be with a dentist, it was with a sales person. Although informed and helpful, I felt I was deceived. I needed a comprehensive quote and was told this would be a further £40 to see the actual dentist.
I could have obtained the sales information from online resources. I am on maternity leave, and took time to pay for parking and go into the city centre with my infant daughter for what was a waste of time and further cash grab.
