I feel deceived
I paid £20 for an appointment and I assumed this would be with a dentist, it was with a sales person. Although informed and helpful, I felt I was deceived. I needed a comprehensive quote and was told this would be a further £40 to see the actual dentist.
I could have obtained the sales information from online resources. I am on maternity leave, and took time to pay for parking and go into the city centre with my infant daughter for what was a waste of time and further cash grab.

Positive Extraction Experience
I required a molar to be extracted due to necrotic pulp and infection. I had not had an extraction since childhood some 50 years previous so was a little nervous. The dental team at Market Weighton led by Kushboo were excellent in making me feel comfortable and relaxed, giving me great confidence before the procedure began.
The procedure went well, it was a pain free experience.
Aftercare was explained in detail prior to the procedure and almost 72 hours on I have only needed over the counter pain relief.
Whilst I dreaded this it was a much more positive experience than I imagined it could be.
The rotten tooth and infection are gone and I am pain free.

I was very impressed with the standard of care I received
The inspection was thorough and comprehensive
The X Ray machine was the latest which was more patient friendly not the plastic clamp between teeth method.
The staff were extremely friendly and I wasn’t kept waiting.
The surgery rooms were clean warm and free if clutter.
