There was an initial issue with incorrect details relating to delivery on the website. Following an email, this was dealt with promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. My order was delivered the following day. Excellent service.

Large Vitopod purchase
Purchased a large Vitopod from GHEDirect who are a first class company to deal with. The sales staff are excellent and go the extra mile giving superb service.

Excellent service from ghe although they were let down by apc courier who damaged one of the items in transit. Ghedirect refunded the same day the problem was reported…. Can’t ask more than that

Affordable sturdy pots
I was looking for square, sturdy, affordable 0.7 and 1 litre pots for potting on seedlings and was really pleased when I found theirs. Good quality and will be used yearly. While browsing I took the opportunity to stock up on Perlite and Vermiculite and organic compost. Very happy with my purchase as it was cost effective and delivered promptly. Now receiving the weekly emails with interesting offers.

Can’t speak highly enough about this company. I had an issue with my order of a new propagation unit, courier only delivered part of the order. Helen called me first thing the day after the courier failed the delivery and had it sorted within 4 hrs. Great service and have ordered more products this week. Will continue to use this company.
