I ordered a replacement propagator…
I ordered a replacement propagator heating controller in the afternoon and was delivered 11am the next day.
It was packed very well with bubble wrap.
First class service and delivery. 😁

GHE provide an excellent service and great products. Orders are always delivered on time by a very reliable courier APC who leave your parcels as specified. GHE provide a great customer service experience. They will answer any queries you may have. If you ring them you get to speak to a real person who will assist.

I ordered an XSTREAM propergator, which is something I have been looking for for a long time. I was looking for a full package, and I have to say that with GHEDIRECT I really got exactly what I was looking for, and I am very happy with the purchase. The quickness of the delivery was brilliant. I've bought this tray for my indoor rabbit, it's used as his base. It houses everything he needs, hay, straw etc. He uses the rest of the bungalow to find places to chill and sleep. Really good price.

Friendly, courteous and helpful, prompt in dealing with a small issue caused by the courier, good quality and reasonably priced stock: very handy if you are a regular grower and need quality products. Prompt delivery.

I've just bought a replacement grow light
I've just bought a replacement grow light for my propogator. GHE were one of only a few companies that stocked the right light, and were cheaper than the others. The light arrived very quickly, very well packaged and in perfect condition.

Excellent service
We ordered a propagator for delivery and one of the plastic panels cracked along the journey. After a call to Helen, a replacement part was received the next day! You can't ask for better service than that - things do go wrong, but its how a company handles a problem that makes the difference. Well done. Highly recommended.

Much better price than Amazon for what we wanted, even with the cost of next day delivery. Delivered on time by a polite and cheerful APC delivery driver - well packaged and was just what we ordered. Very happy.

A last a company that does actully care about it's customers
I’m not one for leaving positive reviews, good services is generally what we all pay for. However having purchased a propagator for her indoors for Christmas, and wrongly putting it together, Helen and the customer service team were right on it. Prompt response to my email followed by a back up call a few hours later.
Bravo, top notch service.

First time purchase
First time purchasing and was very impressed with the items sent, the quality of the packing and the speed.
I ordered right before Christmas, so genuinely wasn't expecting the items until a few days after 25th, however, the package arrived on 24th.
I'm always loathe to order propagators by parcel delivery, as I've had several smashed in the past, and seeing the way the delivery drivers throw parcels into and out of vans, it's easy to see how the damage occurs. However, although the top of the external dome from the three I ordered was slightly scratched, the internal packing was a great job, neat, tidy and very secure.
The items all seem to be of good quality, and I'm pleased to report that the heat mats have helped germinate my first batch of chilli seeds already.
Will definitely use again.
