Found him to be both friendly and courteous.
After a short diagnosis of the issue he had identified the fault.
Repair was carried out in a quick and efficient manner.
Machine was left in a clean and functioning condition.
I’m very pleased with the efficiency and knowledge of the engineer who attended.

Adam was extremely helpful when I telephoned regarding my friend’s problem with her microwave. He is a very pleasant and patient person. Nothing was too much trouble for him as I phoned on my phone but had to go to my friend’s house to find the make of the microwave.

Recently signed up with Go Assist. One of my best decisions. Organised an excellent engineer to call and sort my washing machine. This man was a genius. Cheerful,polite and very good at his job. Please keep up the good work. Many thanks

We had an awful experience with this company from start to finish. They took £150 from us and subcontracted the work to someone who couldn't identify the problem and just put bleach in and left. It cut out in the cycle after 10 minutes. They sent him again and he said it was the seal and would replace it never to be seen again. This has been months of chasing a very poor communication. They have refused a refund and we still have a broken dishwasher. Poor all round. Avoid!

And like I’ve already said you have not responded to my complaint despite what your records say.

You have not answered any of my questions eg when did we agree to us not having a cooling off period, and provide the evidence, also we requested digital copies of all phone calls with you and these haven’t been provided!

Terrible company, charged me for a repair that i cancelled- £109 . Tried to tell me that there would be a £50 cancellation fee. I requested the £12.99 monthly subscription be cancelled aswell and they agreed to it over the phone.Theyve since sent me an email saying my direct debit is now set up and next payment will be taken on 17th october. Ive had to cancel my bank card and get a replacement. Will be pursuing this matter further to try and get my money back. When you check the reviews on here for this company, they may have a good score of 4.2 ,but if you click on "Top mentions" and then click on "cancellations " , i counted, out of the last 27 reviews , 22 of those were 1 star reviews.Just one 5 star review. I expect trustpilot will delete my review again , even tho i,m being totally honest

The problem was addressed immediately and arrangements put in place for an engineer to come to us as soon as possible. The engineer was friendly and helpful, and explained any areas where I was unsure.
Overall, a very satisfactory experience and would recommend to others.

Dreadful experience with this company. Engineer called and could not get back of washing machine off and had to borrow tool from us but still could not budge it. Said it needed a sensor at a cost of £84 but later saw it on Samsum approved parts for just £34. Waited a week after part came in for engineer to return but there was nothing wrong with sensor so engineer then said it was the control board. Estimate for that part was £227 but again checked price online and it was £118 so declined their estimate. Therefore after over three weeks wait we still had a machine not working. Managed a refund of half the call out after complaining that there was no labour plus £80 for incorrect part but not best pleased that we did not get a full refund for their shoddy workmanship, long wait and overcharging for parts which still resulted in a non repair.

On the second visit the dishwasher was repaired. The first visit failed to fix the fault.

Be careful of this company. Once you use them they sign you up for an annual membership of £89+. This is taken automatically and you probably do not even know you have agreed to it. It is a complete scam avoid at all costs. Luckily my bank picked up on it and refused the payment. UPDATE. As of today they are still trying to get my money. Complete sharlatons.

The ice dispenser in our freezer wasn't working. GoAssist charged me £100 up front. Two engineers came and took photos. GoAssist later informed us a replacement ice making unit would cost £200. Meanwhile my son in law took a look at the dispensing mechanism and found it had frozen up because we hadn't extracted any ice for a while. It took him less than two minutes to free it up, which was good for us, less so for GoAssist. Won't be using them again.
