Initial contact to make a claim was fine. However the following day to be told my appliance can not be repaired due to a lack of qualified engineers in my area and offered a settlement of £179 to replace my £3800 range cooker is an absolute insult. Feel I have been completely mis sold my policy. Also offered a £40 discount voucher to use at a recommended dealer that doesnt even stock my cooker or anything like it. I will be leaving a very poor review on Trustpilot and warning people no to be conned like I have been!
I had help with a refund as my dryer was old one and can't be fixed and if I go to the sister company when the refund is in my bank account I can get £40 added to the refund and they will take my old one and put the new one in its place.

Spoke to Harry explained reason cancelled contract as couldn't afford the £89.99 that was taken from account without notice then he explained that wasn't his side and direct debit was under £10 a month and what was covered and didn't have to worry about the ones that took it as that side is cancelled and will only be paying the 10 (just under) from now on. He was very helpful

I spoke to a very nice woman called Roseanna who was polite and explained everything thoroughly to me, anything I didn't understand she would explain it again to me, I asked her to call me back in a few days at a certain time so I could think about this White Goods Insurance offer, plus I needed to check on the insurance company I was already with.
So she rang me back right on time but I still wasn't sure, after explaining some other stuff, as well as getting me a nice discount, I decided to go ahead and accept the offer. If it wasn't for her being polite, not rushing me into it, knowledgeable and understanding about my situation, I wouldn't have bothered getting the Insurance so a big thank you to her from me, if she ever needs to get in touch with me with anything she has my email and number.
There was one thing that spoilt it for me and it wasn't even her fault, it was the noise in the room from other people, at times I couldn't hear what she was saying, which needs to be sorted for future calls from other people.

I don’t usually leave reviews but my telephone experience with Big Warrenties deserves a 5⭐️ review. The phone was answered quickly with thankfully, no extended periods on hold. Rosanna dealt with my enquiry professionally making my options clear, and importantly, eliminating stress.
I would recommend.
