Very happy with my experience with Go assist, the engineer sorted the problem with my fridge/freezer out very quickly. Mohammad was very polite, friendly & efficient, great service, thank you, would recommend.

The booking process was made easy by Curtis's patient manner and articulate explanation. The follow up was just as polished. The standard of customer service actually made me use this company rather than look further.

I was told a date a date but when it came through on the email it was a week later. Not happy.

Lawrence was really helpful and courteous. He explained everything very clearly

So Lucas - not only does my money get taken and not returned, a fabricated response regarding the appointment is created in order for my money not to be returned! Thats fine - a report to trading standards, with evidence will be submitted! Fault was with Engineer for not informing me whether an afternoon or morning visit would be made! Engineer rocks up in his own time when my business is closed even though my trading hours were informed at time of booking! Bad bad and dishonest service.

Alisija handled my call and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She even had incredible patience by calling me back many times due to my terrible signal!

I new to Go-Assist . They repaired my oven and it’s now working properly without problems . When I first connected with Go-Assist , I was a little unsure as I’d never heard of them before . From the initial registration and first call-out to the final repair , the process was seamless and I am very happy I have used them . The engineer was truly excellent . The only downside I’d say is that the ordering and delivery of my oven part took longer than I had anticipated , though all now very satisfactory . Thank you Go-Assist team , and Jason the engineer . Job well done . 😊

Very professional and helpful

Having a problem with my dishwasher, I phoned Go Assist to ask for an engineer to come out and diagnose the problem and fix the machine. Laurence, whom I spoke to, asked me the relevant questions and then explained the options available. He was very clear and concise and I was impressed by his efficiency and manner. He sent me text messages with links to the terms and the name of the engineer and the time of his visit. A very positive experience and he gave me an excellent impression of Go Assist. Robert V.

Awful company. Poor communication about services offered and costs and implications not mentioned. Chatbot impossible to navigate making it very difficult to talk to an assistant directly. Complaints do not get back to you in a timely manner

I needed to get my washing machine fixed. The booking process was quite straight forward with a friendly gentleman. The engineer came on time and checked the machine and pinpointed the fault within 15 mins. He ordered the parts and came to install the following week. Excellent service. Good job.
