The magazine release broke immediately upon assembly. Since the magazine release isn't a built-part, when it came out, there is literally no way to fix apart from a new item. A card inside the gun say... Voir plus
Bought the Sig MCX in grey, one of their more expensive models. I’ve barely messed with it and the mag release button flew off when I put the mag in the rifle. Left a comment on one of GoatGuns advert... Voir plus

The product was a lot better quality than I expected! The attachments worked perfectly. I loved the camo on my AR-15! Looks very realistic and overall and perfect model.

Terrible customer service
The model gun was delivered but has a small problem with a spring. They included a card in the order which states "do not return to store! please email us". So I did, twice. But until now no response at all. Way to go Goatguns...

Wow, just WOW!!!!
Wow, first off I want to say, when it says 1-3 days shipping. It really means it. The gun is solid almost all metal. (I got the 1911 all silver, picked up the silencer and gold grips. Was super easy to assemble and immediately put a huge smile on my face when it was fully assembled. Can't wait to order more. Might just go for the supply crate. EASILY 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERY GUN NUT OUT THERE. AWESOME PIECE!!!!!!!

Rubbish customer services!!! Extortionate delivery and returns postage!!! They don't answer to emails and on live chat they tell you a specialist will be intouch in 2 days but you don't hear anything back!!!

Terrible quality, worst customer service. DO not buy from these guys! You will not be able to get any help with your order from these guys especially if your order was lost by USPS. They will happy take your money but good luck with your refunds or replacements.

Fantastic all around experience
I found this company on Facebook. With just a few clicks, I was able to build, customize, and purchase. Super easy and great website layout. I really enjoyed the fact that there were 3D images of each model. That was a great touch. I'm definitely going to use them again for gifts.

They are an excellent product
I am extremely happy with all of my GoatGuns. They are well made, look real and fun to build. It also solved a problem of buying presents for friends and family. I have been buying them all Goat Guns.

Unfortunatly my review is not as good…
Unfortunatly my review is not as good as the others are.
First order i made was a supply crate, it was paid for and processed 2 hrs after purchase.
It was send and should have been delivered today by UPS between 10am and 1pm.
Nothing received as of yet, even worse is UPS has no idea where the package is
Second order paid for and is not processed, mailed their support and apparently the order is "MIA" according to the good sarge.
So ye the professionalism is currently not shown to me and would love to get in touch with goatguns....

Product never delivered
Placed an order at the end of Jan. Never received a confirmation email, I only received a text from GoatGuns with a DHL shipping number. When I track the package it says that the label has been printed but the product has not been given to the courier. Same message for last 2+ weeks. I agree with the other posts, it definitely does sound like a scam. I have emailed the company with no reply. The money has gone out of my account, but no receipt, order number etc.

I hate that i have to give it one star…
I hate that i have to give it one star but else i can't write here, I "bought two gun models" they took the money and i waited 2-6 days the say, now 3 weeks later i havent seen anything no mails about my order apart from the confirmation that they took my money, at this point i just want my money back
