The magazine release broke immediately upon assembly. Since the magazine release isn't a built-part, when it came out, there is literally no way to fix apart from a new item. A card inside the gun say... Voir plus
Bought the Sig MCX in grey, one of their more expensive models. I’ve barely messed with it and the mag release button flew off when I put the mag in the rifle. Left a comment on one of GoatGuns advert... Voir plus

I sent EIGHT Emails to this company (8) only to be told they had received my money but had no knowledge of my order in their EU newly set up Ireland warehouse.
Got a refund but a very lame apology, they did say they would send my whole order free of charge for the inconvenience but as expected that never happened. I ordered one from ebay from an American seller and have been kept informed all through the process.
Avoid this company they have the worst customer service I have ever received... EVER. BE WARNED.

Careful you actually get a product
I ordered an AK47 from them on December 4th. On the 18th of December I still had not heard from them after 3 emails. I opened up a claim with my CC for a refund. On the 20th (2 and a half weeks after ordering) I got an email stating my shipping address was invalid? Same one I have used for 20 years so this was a sad excuse. Where was the email from them saying my address was invalid? Ohhhh that's right NOT ONE EMAIL from them. I guess if I hadn't emailed them they would have just kept my money. Looks like a great product but be careful as their communication after you purchase is nonexistent. I asked for a refund on the 20th via email.

Fun & Excellent craftsmanship!
These have given me a new hobby - collectible miniature guns! Most seem to be die cast model so a lot better quality than what you are expecting. Well worth the price, excited to see what they continue to come out with.

Very cool products for office desk
Very cool products for office desk. Brings a lot of attention and everyone has to touch it or play with them. Even people who are against guns in general have 'toyed' around with them. The company shipped products fast and from what else I've heard takes care of any issues people may have. I'll be buying more!

have the " BASIC " functions that a REAL gun has , ie...Bolt carrier group slides back, safety works, magazines come out with miniature ,ammo shells.... etc. ! ! !
