I did not sign up to this app

I did not sign up to this gopoff. I had my bank investigate this matter and my bank refunded me the £5.47.
To my shock my account has been deducted again this month.
How is this happening this company need’s investigating. I have again unsubscribed. If it happens again I will be taking legal action. Enough.

I try worked there

I worked there, i am sure, the company is not serious , does not have the minimun respect for the couriers, delivery value changes dramatically several times a week without warning, they send 3 delivery that is 5 miles paying 2 pounds each delivery, they make the couriers deliver bags that are extremely heavy and full, having to be squeezed inside the box, that causing damage, if for some reason that was not your fault the delivery cannot be made, you have to bring the goods back for free, all other companies pay, they not ,there is no good delivery person due to low payment and those who still have work are unmotivated causing low quality to the customer who leaves little by little, soon it will go bankrupt because the sale is less than the expired products, big snowball!!

Really unhelpful customer service

Really unhelpful customer service. I asked for some help when a bottle of poisonous cleaning product was packed badly and left on its side amongst a food order and they advised that nothing could be done. I would advise not using a company that cares this little

My order contained a pizza which was 3…

My order contained a pizza which was 3 days past its use by date!!! Other items in my £40 order would expire the next day or the day after meaning I would need to consume £40 worth of groceries in two days. A lot for one person! Customer service was also very poor. I cancelled my membership and now look forward to returning to the supermarkets where my groceries will last me a lot longer. GoPuff must be stocking up on groceries which are about to expire and then sell them on to unsuspecting customers. All trust lost!

Absolutely disgraceful I’ve order 3…

Absolutely disgraceful I’ve order 3 times today I’m a loyal customer and they are telling me that they are not replacing something that I have not received and paid for, they should have the order on their system and the driver who delivered my order, to be honest I’ve sent them a receipt which I have had to go to my local shop and purchase them, yet I have already paid for them with go puff,or all I asked for was my order that I paid for and did not receive

They stated
We realise that's not the outcome you were hoping for, but we won't be able to help you any further with this particular issue.

Absolutely useless company. 1 item is often missing from my order. They have the audacity to suggest that I'm lying. Useless. Please avoid.

Stole our order and called us liars

Ordered items and they lied and said they were delivered and that they even checked ID.

No refund and no evidence of “delivery” so as many of the reviews here confirm they are stealing money. Police report and trading standards will be informed.

A really poor service

A really poor service. Orders turn up late or not at all. There’s no real time updates that you can rely on. It’s massively inconvenient for a service meant for convenience. It simply creates frustrating scenarios that you can’t resolve because they’ve designed the app so that they send customers on a wild goose chase trying to speak to a representative. Honestly just terrible.

Rewarded with higher charges

I placed an order this morning which auto applied a £2.00 reward discount accumulated by points for being a regular customer only to be charged an extra £4.00 because the £2.00 discount made it a smaller order. I paid more for being rewarded. I thought, I would message as it seemed unfair and assumed it would be recognised as such. I got a robotic response. Disappointed to be penalised. Cancelled my fam membership and will not be using again...its the principle of it. Even with 2 months fam membership free.

I had an ordered delivered this evening…

I had an ordered delivered this evening and it was missing my packet of chicken that I paid £5 for all all the other items were there apart from the chicken. I contacted support to say that they can either deliver the missing item or refund it and they have come back to me and said they cannot help me any further with this. This is stealing a company cannot take money for an item and not deliver it I want this sorted out asap.

What started off as a good and…

What started off as a good and reasonable delivery service has now totally disappointed.
The prices have shot up, I'm not talking about pennies being added on but pounds on items.
The delivery charge is doubling.
The rewards are terrible.
You previously needed 40,000 points for a bottle of Vodka now it's 72,000, why such a massive increase?
Prices were reasonable to begin with but now they're just being greedy.
I guarantee you will lose customers now, myself included.
Such a shame that they've decided to increase everything at a time when people are struggling.

Edited to add...I'm even more convinced that the spin wheel is fixed.
When I was signed upto Fam I'd get a mix of points but since I cancelled all I've been getting is 200/250 points all the time. The sceptical side of me says this is because I have 59,600 points and because I dont buy anything anymore.
I also won a free month of Fam which hasn't been applied and linked my account upto PayPal for the £5 off and that never applied either.
Good way to lose custom for good.

Absolute shambles ordered here many times and been a few occasions where they haven’t delivered certain items (cigerettes) it’s happened on 4 occasions where I haven’t received the item … this time I sent the dispute form off and they replied saying they can’t assist with the issue as the driver said the products was all there when clearly they wasn’t … avoid this company the drivers are theives …

Stupid me gave them another go

Stupid me gave them another go. My shopping was delivered damaged. Apples open, yogurt squashed and all over my other groceries. The chat says they will connect me to an agent in 2 mins have now been waiting 18 mins. Horrible company. Deleting the app!

Gofuff delivery service…

Have been using Gopuff delivery service for past 2 months and have had perfect service from them. I use the East London unit. Extremely fast delivery. Does have limited choice but caters for most everyday needs or emergency shop. Reasonable prices

Never deliver my shopping

Never deliver my shopping, it was marked as delivered in the app. I contacted customer support they said the shopping has been delivered and refused to refund, I had to do chargeback with the bank.

I also had doorbell footage, of the time it was supposed to be delivered.

Steals from you and calls you a liar

I have ordered from Gopuff a number of times, however, today half my order was missing. When I contacted customer services about it I was accused of lying until I sent Ring doorbell video evidence over that only one bag was delivered. They refused to issue any refund until that, so if I didn't have my Ring they would have stolen my money. Avoid.
