Wow, i can not believe all the negative reviews here!?! I'v used them for a while now on the recommendation of a friend and I have never had a bad experience. Gopuff Nottingham has a great choice of products, is reasonably priced for a delivery service, is open til 1am mostly, even on a Sunday night, the delivery is very quick, well packed and the drivers are cheerful, helpful and great communication letting you know when the order is being picked, when it's packed, when it's on its way, when the driver is almost there and when he's arrived. I seriously can't think of anything I'd change, faultless, well done guys, keep up the good work! 😊❤️

Non existent customer service.

I had a discount code of £10 for the first 10 deliveries. It worked well for the first 2 but then the discount code didn't apply anymore. No customer service to speak to and clarify. Literally none. I ordered again because I needed some products. Delivery is really quick, the drivers are excellent but if you have a problem with an item, there is noone to speak to. Zero customer service, hence, today was the last time I ordered.

Short expiry dates

Most of my week shop had to be eaten within 2 days or less , said that their minimum dates, so nothing they can do. Please avoid, not the first time. Just a way for supermarkets to get rid of their rubbish at the customer expense. Wished I read the reviews first.

Disgusting company

Did my first and last order. The package of the chicken arrived open and they refused to give me a refund. If this is not a joke. Awful and disgusting company

Non-existent customer service

Like everybody else I had a shocking experience with GoPuff. Only ordered so I could use the discount code but there was nowhere to put it and then it suddenly confirmed the order. Couldn't get any reply on their live chat or Facebook messenger. Had to refuse delivery. Awful company.

Absolutely disgusting company .. Scams Peoples money .. charged me for a yearly subscription 54.99 .. when I know I pressed for a month .. won't give my money back and cancelled my subscription saying I've cancelled it which i havent .... absolute terrible company stay away

I normally don't leave negative reviews but Gopuff is a joke. Stay away. I ordered some groceries, never got the items, and tried to get a refund or get my order in the chat support, they refused to refund any money or help me, and just ended the chat. Awful service, worst company, they should shut down.

Terrible

Used my last £20 until next week on some treats from gopuff for the kids and I, the driver was 200 to 300 yards away and then suddenly the order was marked as delivered. It already took them nearly 40 minutes to send it out. It took so long that their UK customer services was closed by the time this happened and their online chat person could barely speak English. I used to be a loyal customer but now I am considering deleting my account.

In addition to them stealing or dumping orders, their product range gets narrower every time I order and there are also ethical concerns too, gopuff are repeat offenders when it comes to breaking UK laws on formula marketing and discounts which are in place to protect all babies regardless of how they are fed, and when I checked out this time I noticed almost all of the 'have you forgotten something?' items at checkout were (soon to be banned) disposable vapes, cigarettes and alcohol. I don't drink or smoke and have never ordered anything of that type from gopuff but it seems like maybe they are being incentivised to offer these items?

I've placed an order

I've placed an order. The delivery man got the address wrong. They do not wish to refund me or redeliver my orders because it's been claimed as delivered in their warehouse. Scam site. Unreliable support. Don't order from there!

ROTTEN PEACHES

I never had a really bad bad issue with them until today - I ended up with rotten peaches which were part of a special meal. I was more than disappointed and went online to use their chat. I can get a refund and a £5 voucher. No real acceptance to this issue other than they will pass it onwards to their pickers n packers! Major conditions attached to their £5 voucher - which, quite frankly I found oppressive and insulting! Little acceptance to their fault.

I did not sign up to this app

I did not sign up to this gopoff. I had my bank investigate this matter and my bank refunded me the £5.47.
To my shock my account has been deducted again this month.
How is this happening this company need’s investigating. I have again unsubscribed. If it happens again I will be taking legal action. Enough.

I try worked there

I worked there, i am sure, the company is not serious , does not have the minimun respect for the couriers, delivery value changes dramatically several times a week without warning, they send 3 delivery that is 5 miles paying 2 pounds each delivery, they make the couriers deliver bags that are extremely heavy and full, having to be squeezed inside the box, that causing damage, if for some reason that was not your fault the delivery cannot be made, you have to bring the goods back for free, all other companies pay, they not ,there is no good delivery person due to low payment and those who still have work are unmotivated causing low quality to the customer who leaves little by little, soon it will go bankrupt because the sale is less than the expired products, big snowball!!
