I have used superscript for several years and, although I didn’t luckily have any incident over time, the experience with the company has been positive. Reasonable fees, super immediate assistance, and very easy to access.

Where to start - you have very little chance of getting through to them if you want to cancel your insurance or stop a renewal. Staff unhelpful - twice just ended call as soon as I got through. Will charge you if you fail to respond auto renewal even if you get other insurance without notifying them. Auto renewal rate increases by 5-10% per annum so watch out for that.

The person I liaised with was friendly and helpful. He responded reasonably promptly though I had to hasten on a couple of occasions. The final documents were comprehensive and the payment process easy. I was pleased superscript was able to insure my unusual property.

The reasons I only gave three stars are:
The original renewal email did not include the documents
Once I received the documents, I double checked and discovered that the original renewal did not correctly insure my property
The process of getting my property properly insured was extensive. After a long delay and a number of emails from me explaining the situation, I was told it was not possible. When I then sent some documentation (which I had sent when I first set up my insurance two years ago and which superscript should reasonably have asked for during the renewals process but did not) a policy was procured.
I suspect that the previous two years of insurance did not actually insure my property properly.
The delays resulted in a period of nearly two weeks of my property being uninsured.

For information, the unusual nature of my property is that it is leasehold but I am responsible for the maintenance and insurance for the whole building, which includes two other leasehold garages. This is unusual but not unique. The documents I mentioned were the Leases for my property and the other two garages.

The company took £95.28 from my personal bank account with no authorisation. They have refused to refund the full amount. They have been difficult and obstructive and shown themselves to be greedy and untrustworthy.

Their response below on 21st August is performative and misleading. My review was in response to the shameful emails by their customer service (sic) staff refusing to repay in full the sums taken with no authority. The company has NOT communicated with me since then.
