I got in touch for help with setting up insurance for my business. Since becoming aware of the urgency of my situation, Shavin was quick to reply and helped me as efficiently as possible.

They offered the type of cover I required at an excellent price. Francis was helpful, polite and knowledgable and explained the acceptance process fully.
If I had a minus it was the link between Superscript and my Starling Bank account, the request for a quote seemed to sink without sight but maybe it was my technical failure

AVOID!

I signed up for insurance through the Toolstation Rewards offer, which advertised a 10% discount. It’s now been over a week and I still haven’t received any policy documents.

I’ve tried calling three separate times, only to be left listening to the phone ring for over 20 minutes each time without anyone answering. It feels like they’ve taken my money and have no interest in providing any customer service.

Even if they eventually get back to me, there’s no way I’ll continue with a policy from a company that can’t even answer the phone or return a call. It doesn’t inspire any confidence, and it makes me wonder what it would be like if I ever needed to make a claim.

The Customer Service provided by Sunny Channa and Chloe Garrett was excellent. They made my renewal very easy and was very pleasant on the phone. Well done to them both.

Quick and easy place to get my PL and GIT insurance.

Superscript staff very quickly helped me restore insurance cover which had lapsed. I was preparing myself for lots of hassle, but staff were fast, friendly and efficient - even in dealing with a small change I had to make.

It took 5 months for the insurer to agree a claim settlement with me, which I am still waiting payment for! Virtually no help from Superscript .

I accidentally took out a duplicate policy, having inexplicably forgotten that I'd already done so a few months ago. I received a very friendly phone call from customer service a few days later, kindly pointing out my error and cancelling the second, unwanted policy. This care and attention to detail were outstanding and gratefully received.
