The products are from China, hence the looong delivery time. When the items arrived the sizing was wrong. They offered either 30% back and keep the items or send them back to China at my cost!

Finally received one of the items I ordered from this company and it certainly not the quality or like the photo on the website! Reading the returns policy, You have to send things back to China at your cost! Total rip off!

Do not use this company it is a scam. It isn’t a London company. I am still waiting for delivery since 19th January . The tracking is still saying it is on its way. It is coming from China!!! I bought a dress in “their anniversary sale”. In the reruns section it states you cannot return anything in the anniversary sale!!!

Scam! Do not buy from this company. Took ages to receive the product. When recieved, I knew I had been scammed! The quality was shocking! Poorly stitched with cheap label and buttons and the material and overall finish was also cheap. I have been asking for the Returns process and not heard a thing…. Not surprised but very disappointed .

Do not order from this company. As other reviews have stated the clothes look nothing like the original photo when they arrive. Things described as in stock take weeks to arrive. They are too small and not even the same colour.

Item arrived after a couple of weeks and was of poor quality. This company presents as a London based uk company but when looking at item returns is based in China! You can only return items when you get a reply from their customer service team who do not reply and it appears that you are liable for all transport/postage charges. None of this information was visible on ordering. It seems that they are scamming people.
Ordered a dress for my mother’s funeral from them and feel very disappointed to have been duped.

If I could give no stars I would. This company sell cheap tatty goods at extortionate prices. I have finally recieved my order after chasing it up for the last two weeks. It is terrible quality nowhere near a £50 item, that was supposedly reduced from £100. It says it is London based, but it is based in China. The goods are of very inferior quality and you have to return the goods to China with a minimum cost of £14.99, but could be more!
