I ordered the Mint Easter Egg for Easter. Best chocolate I've had in a long while, and they're entirely local to County Galway. Definitely worth buying their stuff!

A wonderful product, beautifully presented that tasted incredible. I am taking 1 star off due to the high cost, I am not sure i will be returning too often given just how expensive these products are, but appreciate the quality hugely so would not say for certain that I will not be shopping here again.

Fast delivery, delicious chocolate, good variety, unique artisan pretty confectionery, went back for more!

The egg was ok, but nothing spectacular, and certainly not worth the premium price. It was a little over 11 cm in length, and I would have expected something twice the size of what I got for that money.

The truffles inside the egg were the best part, however, again, for 4 of them, not worth the money spent, including the cost of delivery.

All in all, a bit of overselling of the product. Will not order again.

Beautiful tasting chocolates that look like pieces of art!

Bought the Dubai Choc heart as valentines gift for my girlfriend, and she wolfed it down! Unfortunately I only got a small couple of bites, but what I did get was delicious! Great packaging too!

I ordered the dozen chocolate roses for my partner (&mine 🤣 )Valentines gift.
Grainne - the roses are exquisite from the flavour profile and in presentation. The flavours are unique and the differing textures are a total game changer.
I cannot wait to eat the S’More Love than Heart.
The thank you email from Gra, is an exceptionally nice touch which feels personal.
Thankfully Easter is on its way.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

Firstly, I received the wrong order. When I called the number listed on their website, I got through to an extremely rude man who stated he was the Head of Operations and told me I should email instead of call — despite me using the contact number they themselves provided. From the outset, the tone was dismissive and unhelpful.

When I explained that I had received the wrong order and urgently needed my correct order as it was intended to be a gift, there was little concern shown about resolving the issue quickly. Instead, the main focus seemed to be on retrieving the incorrect (and poorly packaged) sweets that had been sent to me.

After a lengthy and frustrating conversation, I requested a refund for the €70+ worth of chocolates which didn’t arrive, so I could source something locally. This was declined on the basis that the refund process was “too complicated,” which I found completely unacceptable.

I was instructed to leave the incorrect parcel outside for courier collection later that day or the following day — which I did. However, no one arrived. Eight days later, a courier finally showed up looking for the package. The whole situation was bizarre and very poorly managed.

Although I eventually received my correct order a few days later, the quality was extremely underwhelming. For over €70, I expected premium chocolate. Unfortunately, the taste and ingredients were no better than standard supermarket brands. There are far better Irish chocolatiers offering superior quality and far better customer service.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and not one I would repeat.

I ordered the Advent Calendar for my wife for a Christmas treat. The packaging and presentation is first class. It contained many different flavoured chocolates and they are by far the best quality, tasting chocolates that we have ever tasted. Would definitely recommend.

My partner is called Gráinne and generally Grá for short. When I saw the chocolates under her name I said I’d buy them for her as a small gift. I didn’t expect them to be so lovely also. The after service team of this digital cottage industry are equally as lovely and I’ll be going back to them again and again please God. A real taste of Ireland!

Ordered a Christmas selection and chocolate Christmas tree, as presents - arrived very promptly, beautifully presented and very nice packaging - I will feel happy giving this as a gift (and hopefully someone somewhere will buy some Gra chocolate for ME as a present...)

It's all about the marketing and illusion with Gra. I had an interview with the owner and I was expecting this friendly person she portraits but from the beginning, before I even spoke, the energy was off. I found her very cold, unfriendly and rude from the getgo. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in an interview, and I'm not sure why she was that way. Perhaps she was having a bad day. The chocolates themselves are averaged and way too overpriced. There are many other affordable, high quality chocolates on the market that would be a better choice.

I ordered some drinking chocolate and some chocolate covered almonds. Unfortunately, during transit, the top of one of the drinking chocolate containers came off. This powder then adhered to the other 2 packages in the box, rendering them useless to give as presents. I immediately took photos of the contents, and contacted Gra by email. They responded very quickly and sent me out a repeat order completely free of charge. I have been very impressed with the care the company has shown me
