Grachocolates Avis 

I saw these advertised by Yorkshire Peach on Facebook and thought they'd be the perfect gift for my sister's birthday.
They arrived within a few days via DPD (ordered to England from Ireland) and were very well packaged.
They look exquisite and my sister is delighted with them.
They're a bit too expensive for me to buy them for myself so I'm afraid I'll never be able to sample them, but they're the perfect gift for those close to you.
I went for the decadent box and feel it was money well spent. I'll definitely be back for more. Maybe one day I can treat myself too!

These amazing chocolates were a birthday present,best chocolates ever tried,different experience tasting these they go really well with peppermint tea,what a fantastic irish company.

I received a gift product with damaged packaging and was shocked the team refused to offer to replace or refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered excuses - saying they were a small company, implying courier fault (despite external packaging being in perfect condition) and citing delivery policies. Their solution was to send me a new box so I could repackage the chocolate myself. The company charges luxury prices but the experience felt more like dealing with a discount store.

This was the worse online shopping experience I’ve ever had and I won’t be ordering from them again.

All the guys at Gra Chocolates couldn't have been more helpful when I was ordering a Pistachio egg at Easter. The egg was delicious and went down a treat! I will definitely be purchasing more products. When I had a few questions in relation to products, they were very prompt with the replies and very helpful.

Very user friendly online ordering system. Fast delivery and beautifully presented chocolates! I didn't get to taste them as they were purchased as a gift for someone but next time, I will treat myself to some! :)

Ordered the Dubai Chocolate Easter Egg - it was absolutely delicious and was a great hit for all to taste! High quality chocolate - worth every penny!

Truly incredible chocolates and wonderful customer service. I ordered from the States for Easter, unfortunately when my order arrived everything was melted. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped replacements. While we didn’t have it for Easter we enjoyed everything shortly thereafter. The chocolates were gorgeous and the taste was incredible. I will definitely be ordering again, but probably not until the fall/winter when it’s cooler for shipping.

Really beautiful chocolate
I ordered 2 Dubai style Easter eggs which arrived quickly and safely. They were beautiful and tasted delicious. Although expensive, the chocolate is thick and the egg really lasts for ages. Worth it I think xx

Unfortunately despite spending £75 ordering 2 Fridays before Easter, nothing has arrived by today (the Tuesday after Easter!) and the products are still showing as in Ireland. Gra won’t answer their phone and their response to my email request was disgraceful - they have blamed the courier and offered a small discount off future products. I have spent £75 to receive absolutely nothing so not to be given a refund is ridiculous

I have tasted Gra Chocolates before and loved them, so I decided to order a few Easter Eggs. I am happy that I did. The aggs looked so amazing with beautiful painted colours, and the chocolate is to die for. Excellent!

Mothers Day Gift that brought joy. From the presentation to the taste these were the best mothers day gift I've given in years. They taste as good as they look, the pineapple was amazing. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

Bought an Easter egg which looked very attractive and was 70% cocoa as a gift - have not given it yet.
I would not normally spend 25 Euro on an Easter egg and the postage of €7 was dear.
The packaging etc, is lovely but the egg is a little small for that price.
I would suggest the option of an egg without truffles inside.
Communication with Gra Chocolates was excellent, and delivery was prompt.
