My experience with Griffin Mill, and in particular the Renault staff, has been great. They found me the car I wanted in super quick time and the after care and service plan has been fantastic.

Our kia has been booked in 5 different times now and everyone of those times they’ve found an excuse as to why they couldn’t fix the car. Technician not in work, waiting on parts the list goes on. They’ve had our car since Friday (this being the fifth visit) and a single sensor was supposed to be fitted but still we’re waiting for the car 4 days later! Avoid! I know I will be.

Can get Griffin mill to fix the damage that they done to my car 6 weeks ago .not one phone call off them.only answer good reviews.

I have been dealing with Griffin Mill for at least 50years but never again I find the current crop of staff very offhand and offensive and I cannot understand their charging plan for repairs the idea that there is a charge for plugging in an engine management diagnostic computer which is there to benefit their technicians to find the fault and guide them where the repair is needed as I said before I will never do business with them again

Everything was fine. Everyone helpful, friendly and polite.

Staff always polite and friendly. Service seems to be excellent , with call to update on issues. Only issue has been the need to check if car was ready when close to closing time and rush hour traffic on route.

Received a safety recall notice this morning I live in London but travel to Wales especially for Griffin Mill.
Managed to find me a date short notice.

Benn Lewis at griffin mill base camp in South Wales has always been excellent with us when going through the new car process. Excellent communication and explanation of everything. He’s polite and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Benn for all you did with us.

I originally booked the service online through the renault website and recieved a confirmation that everything had been booked in. Great! I thought... however over the next few days I never recieved a confirmation of a booking timeslot. I had called Griffin Mill on a couple of occasions but never received a reply for a timeslot.
I turned up on the day to find out I had not been booked in, however the helpful lady behind the counter was able to get that rectified and informed me the price was actually cheaper than the website.
After the service, we drove a few miles down the road when we had a check engine light appear and almost zero acceleration. We promptly called the garage back who was able to get the issue resolved once again without fuss!

I had service and mot
There was a problem with the window screen washers but that was sorted. the car had been washed and hoover. So this was a great service. everyone is friendly and explains the procedures through video .

Abarth service awful. Took my car in for service. Drove over 40 miles to dealership. Waited 4 hours for car to be serviced . When I collected the car they eventually tell me they hadn't fitted the spark plugs and I would need to return on another day. The car had been booked several weeks in advance. They blamed the computer system for not ordering the plugs . I have to drive another 80 miles round trip and put aside another 3 hours plus. Tried to contact managing director. Blocked at every stage. I purchased a new Abarth 595 from them and I also take a Dacia Duster for service. Im moving my business elsewhere . They treated me with contempt .

They reply to reviews and suggest it’s been sorted and it hasn’t .
