Amazing communication and fast delivery of new kettle- delighted!

We bought a kettle and toaster from Haden in August last year. Unfortunately the kettle broke just before Christmas, I advised Haden of the problem and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently, no hassle our new kettle is arriving tomorrow.

I purchased both a Navy Kettle and a Toaster. Very pleased with them both . Have a really retro feel. Come up lovely and shiny each after a wipe with a damp cloth and then a buff. I had an issue with the colour coming off where the lid fits on the kettle. I contacted the company and they asked how I cleaned it. I explained damp cloth and buffing. The sent me an email to return to them with a code to show at the post office. A new one was sent out. It took a few days due to New Year period. Excellent service .

We have a Haden kettle and toaster and find both to be the perfect combination of stylish and functional. The 2 year warranty has also been great, we ran into a problem with our kettle shortly before the end of the warranty period and Haden were really quick to resolve this by providing a replacement kettle with no fuss. I found their customer service to be efficient, friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

When first contacting Haden I found the experience very comforting .
I was lead though the returns of my appliance for a replacement item and contacted every step of the way from Haden and DPD. The return went very smoothly. As soon as the appliance was received a replacement was sent out the same day and received by me the very next day.
In total a turn around of 4 days the week before Christmas!
I would recommend this company's customer service very highly

I received 3 appliances for my wedding (kettle, microwave, toaster.) In 1-2 years they have all broken down and are unusable. These products lack durability, and are no longer made in the UK (made in China.)

Had previously had a Haden kettle, so when it was time to replace it obviously chose another one. I live in a hard water area so getting a spare limescale filter is a bonus. Decided to get the matching toast as well. Very pleased I did, works just as it should. Delivery is quick and efficient. Very happy with the service I received

I had to return a microwave oven which had developed a fault just within the warranty period.
The customer support was efficient and friendly. The new oven arrived today, less than a week after sending the faulty one back.

Toasts nice and even, looks well on the kitchen unit.
Bought the matching kettle boils quickly but is a bit noisy. Bought in the sale. Pleased with my purchase.

Their service is exemplary! Always prompt replies, clear, accurate information, and friendly too. Just a suggestion to improve the customer experience even more would be to have the agents put their name (even if just their first name) in their email signature. It would make it feel that little bit more personal.

Haden customer service team are second to none, I contacted them as I had an issue with my kettle. They got back to me almost immediately and sorted it out by sending me a new kettle. I love Haden products, I have their matching microwave and toaster, I would highly recommend their goods for style and quality. 5 Star review from me.

Very prompt reply to my query, and a no fuss replacement for my microwave. Free postage return form , and quick delivery of new updated model free of charge, despite me offering to pay for the extra for the updated model. Really excellent service throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to my friends

If you are looking for a kettle that you have to fight with to get the lid off and floods the kitchen worktop when you pour your morning cuppa the Haden 1.7L is the one for you!

Contacted Haden’s customer service after having issues with a matching kettle ( toaster was fine). We’d already sent one back to Argos and the 2nd had the same issue..( not sure if rogue batch) Hadens arranged for DPD to return the kettle and sent a replacement very quickly. Excellent customer service.
