BUYERS BEWARE

Ordered on April 5th, came May 26th.

Hakai Culture advertises buy 2 get 1 free on their website but my order came without my free item, tags were already ripped off the shorts and package came damaged.

The quality of the shorts are sub-par, customer support is dismissive and unapologetic about wait times (quoted from an email response from Hakai Culture "Honestly speaking, I do not have control over this part of the process as it is essentially a waiting game.")

Do NOT buy from this company.

I bought a pair of their "skull performance shorts", they fit really nicely and the design is great. The inner lining of the shorts is of decent quality but the outer material is not great at all.

The material is completely off-black (it looks more blue), a completely different shade to the inner and looks very unlike the photos on the website.

I wore these for one day and they have already started threading on the back, showing the white inner material coming through.

The shipping time wasn't too bad for me luckily but I'm not impressed with the overall quality for the price.

Took forever to receive the item. Items are poor quality for high price. Will not except a refund if the item is worn and tags are taken off (how else am I supposed to try it out? Daduq).

I ordered 3 shorts
1 they where made and shipped from China (third party)
2 Shorts where very low quality material
3 on the waist band there are very large black stitching across the whole thing and it’s not even straight it looks like a 5 year old tried to draw a straight line
Don’t purchase from here it’s a rip off you can find the same kind of shorts for $10

I ordered 3 shorts because of the deal get 2 and get 1 free for the price of $90 and $5 for insured delivery.
Totaling for $95 and I’ll tell you even that is a steal they are mad comfy better than Nike/Old Navy Fit, they look fire , and lastly easy to wash like any ordinary shorts.
Would recommend but remember when ordering the order takes awhile since it’s not fabricated in America so take that in mind.

My wife got me two pair for my birthday! For a bigger male most shorts don’t sit right but 3xl looks fantastic. We signed up for the membership because I will want more for the gym. Don’t listen to negative reviews they are very much a real company

I placed an order in the beginning of Feb. I didn’t get my tracking for another 2 weeks. My order was stuck in the same place for over two weeks. I emailed them regarding my order they were quick to reply and apologize. They said they contacted the courier should be moving along. I check the tracking and it says the items are delivered. There was no package. I made sure the address and everything is correct. To read the reviews and see it happened to other people is disappointing. I just hope my situation gets resolved. I will not be ordering from here again.

Based on the other reviews I was hesitant buying anything, but my shorts came in 3 weeks after I ordered which is less than the expected 4 weeks.

Quality is pretty solid. Wish they had more subtle performance shorts designs, but overall a good experience.

Customer service is horrible and very rude. They dont care about you. Still waiting for my package after 3 months. Think ive been scammed. Hakai also built their entire brand on dropshipping so beware of these scammers.

Great customer service but pretty awful quality for the price. T-shirt was super pixelated and shorts are bad quality. Shipping took around 2 months too

I bought 3 sweaters and they are amazing quality. I really was not expecting it. Took a month to come. Very happy.

Bought 3 pairs of shorts January 4th and just received them 2 months later. I emailed customer service numerous times and they told me they’d ship my order out and provide me with tracking info and they never did. It took me filling a dispute with PayPal for them to finally respond to me with tracking info and a message saying “I don’t understand? your order has already been shipped.”

The shorts are honestly pretty decent. Pretty much what I was expecting, however the insane shipping times and terrible customer service will deter me from making future orders with these guys.

Products are only outshined by the awesoem customer service! Had a very long delay in shipping due to holidays and I would not have known anything if it wasnt for the person I emailed. For the better part of 2 months, this person kept me updated on exactly what was going on and why my order was delayed. Super above and beyond.

I ordered my shorts in January… it’s 2/27 and they just now replied to my 6 emails. I still haven’t received my shorts and they have been in transit from China for at least 5 days. I don’t know how the quality is because the customer service is non existent

I ordered shorts in early december of 2022. They just came as of 2/26/23. They advertised as having pockets in the compression liner. And both my short do not have pockets there. That was 50% of the reason i bought. So i could tuck my phone when i work out with no worry of it falling out my pocket. Very upset about that

Ordered some shorts on 7/23/22 and still don’t have them. Have asked for updates, I was told they “were shipped”.

Great product and great customer service. When we told them we had ordered a size that didn't fit as expected they handled the replacement very fast which made the whole process easy on me. I would 100% buy from Hakaiculture again and again.
