Brought a new hard hat watch before Christmas and I received it Christmas eve. Straight away the strap was faulty, kept coming away from the watch. Wouldn't stay connected no matter how I tried.
Emailed them straight away and I got a response saying they'll send me a replacement straight away I thought great stuff what great customer service...........
Well I was wrong , been getting no updates it's been over a month and no new watch.
The customer service is shit

These watches fall well short of what they claim they are capable of - don’t waste your money! Screen failed on my first one and replaced by Hardhat, this was within the 90day money back period. I gave them the chance to replace rather than refund - that proved to be a mistake.
Replacement watch has now failed - both being the screens stop working and go blank. It now falls outside the 6 month warranty and the only option they gave me was to purchase another at 50%, this I declined as I would be just throwing good money after bad.

I’m disappointed with Hardhat Watches’ customer service. I purchased a watch that just wasn’t for me, so I returned it within their return process. At first, communication was helpful and responsive via email.
However, since they received the watch back, I haven’t heard anything from them. It’s now been over seven days with no response or update, despite reaching out multiple times. At this point, I’m just looking for confirmation and resolution, but the lack of communication has been frustrating.
The product itself seemed fine, but the post-return customer service has been very disappointing

Got the hard hat watch for Christmas and it only lasted 2 weeks, wasn’t turning on so I made a complaint and they delivered a new one just today
Got it out of the box, had it on for half an hour and then I put it on the charger & it’s done the same thing as last time!! RIP OFFS

Not a great watch, battery won’t last 24 hours with it just being on.
Worked well for about 2-4 weeks then I’ve had nothing but trouble with it. Have tried talking to their support team to get the same answer each time. “Reset the watch and see how that goes, try using the watch in low power mode”
Not impressed at all

The strap broke when I was hiking 2 days after I got it and the watch got lost never even got it out on site

The watch only worked for one day & nit since. We’ve contacted the sellers via email, I had to submit pictures & videos of it not working & sellers said they’d replace bearing in mind it’s taken from 26th Dec till 16th Jan & they’ve said a new one had been sent & delivered… I’ve not received it or had any proof of delivery. I would not buy from this company & definitely wouldn’t recommend.

stay clear of this company as they have little to none customer care. Watch went wrong within a week and I’ve been emailing and messaging. No one’s helping and they don’t really care. Do not buy this product you will be let down.
I will find every site, every platform and every social media post that I can write a review on. I’m gonna ensure no one else loses their money like I have. Stay clear.
Just so you know after johnnys response I tried emailing. Guess what your email is full probably from complaints. If you guys don’t call me I am going to continue writing reviews so everyone knows what I’m dealing with. You are a scam selling inferior products with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I’d suggest you phone me to resolve this issue. Stop wasting my time.

Have been waiting 2 weeks on a replacement watch for one that was purchased as a xmas gift and died after 2 days. Keep getting the same email regards tracking link which shows the replacement watch sitting in a Brisbane courier warehouse. I am now going to buy another brand watch - never again will I buy a Hard Hat watch - after a dozen emails I am over it.

Lasted 3 weeks. The screen is stuffed. I have the screen protector and woke up to the screen glitched out. Even if I did whack it on a door frame or something this was advertised as a tough watch?
Unfortunately after doing some research this is just a middle man company reselling cheap watches from china, and they claim the watches are priced at just $14 on their customs declaration.

Purchased a watch for Christmas. Lasted 1 week. The power button is faulty, watch keeps wanting to reset, loses Bluetooth connection constantly. Never buy again.

Very poor watch
Had a foreman and an very dissatisfied
The watch has limited information
You can’t add apps
The bands swell up and the pin holding it to the watch always pulls out
The protective cover doesn’t hold up in a work situation cracks way to easily (which is I why I tried this watch )
Warranty’s don’t hold up and they will blame it on a manufacturer fault and not honour the warranty
They’ll find every excuse under the sun to get out of replacing it under warranty
DO NOT BUY IT
you’ll waste your money
