I recently had ICL (Implantable Contact Lens) surgery on the 30th of July, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. As a 75 year old man, I have experienced a number of eye problems including glaucoma and Fuchs dystrophy. I was initially referred to Mr Bizrah as an expert in corneal transplants, especially in complex cases. Mr Bizrah was recommended to me regarding lens replacement surgery on my left eye. As I had spoken at length to two people who were very pleased and appreciative of the surgery Mr Bizrah had carried out on their eyes, I was confident that I too, would have a positive outcome.

Life-Changing Vision Correction: My Outstanding ICL Experience
After years of struggling with severe myopia (-6.50 in one eye and -8 in the other, though ultimately measured at -9), I finally decided to pursue vision correction surgery. As an avid swimmer and someone who relied heavily on both contact lenses and glasses, I was constantly frustrated by the limitations these imposed on my active lifestyle.
During my consultation, it was determined that ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens) would be more suitable and beneficial for my eyes than traditional LASIK surgery. This recommendation proved invaluable, as ICL is specifically designed for patients with higher degrees of nearsightedness and offers several advantages, including the preservation of my natural lens and corneal structure.
I underwent the ICL procedure on Wednesday, July 2nd, and I cannot emphasise enough how smooth and professional the entire experience was. The medical team took exceptional care of me throughout the process, explaining each step in detail and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. The advanced technology utilised was truly impressive, and the procedure itself was completed in approximately 15 minutes.
What struck me most was the minimally invasive nature of the surgery and the use of anesthetic eye drops that made the entire process virtually painless. The precision and expertise demonstrated by the surgical team gave me complete confidence in the outcome.
The results were nothing short of remarkable. By the evening of my surgery, I could already see clearly - a dramatic improvement that continued to enhance over the following days. The recovery was incredibly fast, with minimal downtime that allowed me to return to my normal activities almost immediately.
Since the procedure, I've been on holiday and have enjoyed swimming freely without any vision-related concerns - something that was always a source of frustration before. The freedom from glasses and contact lenses has been absolutely liberating.
Contrary to the common belief that glasses provide the best visual detail, my experience with ICL has been revelatory. I have never seen colours so vibrant or details so crystal clear in my entire life. The visual quality surpasses anything I experienced with corrective lenses, providing sharp, high-definition vision both day and night. My astigmatism was corrected and night time driving is no longer an issue for me, as the lights used to cause concern when driving.
The ICL has provided several unexpected advantages, including built-in UV protection that helps shield my eyes from harmful rays. The fact that the procedure is reversible and doesn't permanently alter my corneal structure provides additional peace of mind. Most importantly, unlike laser procedures, ICL hasn't caused any dry eye issues, which was a significant concern for me.
Throughout this journey, the customer service has been exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, provided detailed explanations at every stage, and maintained the highest standards of care. Their professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been an anxious experience into a positive and reassuring one.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone considering vision correction surgery. The combination of cutting-edge technology, skilled professionals, and outstanding patient care creates an environment where life-changing results are not just possible, but expected. Absolutely the best choice I’ve made
From the initial consultation to meeting Harun who arranged it all, to actually getting the surgery done I have been in good hands throughout. Dr Adnan Haq was very professional and informative about the whole process. I suffer from anxiety and was extremely nervous on the day itself understandably. Everyone was supportive including Carenza who I believe deals with the payments and forms. I even got to meet Dr Bizrah himself. The company and all the colleagues are very professional and you are definitely in safe hands. I had a follow up today with Dr Adnan Haq and I’m already feeling so much better. Best decision I ever made and I would recommend to everyone who’s thinking about having laser eye surgery. Do it!!

People are the best
First of all, the medical side of things was amazing. Having had my initial consultation with Dr. Haq, he filled me with confidence that they had the expertise to help me fix my eyesight, probably because of how sharp he was looking on the day and educated me on the procedure in a lot of detail and answered my questions.
Dr. Bizrah was my surgeon, very calm, collected and professional. Was great throughout so I am grateful to him.
Then Eve, every step of the way she was calming and always had a smile on her face. Before my surgery she was keeping me well informed around dates, the procedure itself and again instilling me with confidence about the whole thing. On the day of my operation when the nerves were starting to kick in she helped me prepare for the operation itself and gave me excellent advice after the fact. Upon reaching home that day, I needed to call 5/6 times and she answered every time and had the answer I was looking for. Forever thankful!

Found all of staff to be very friendly and accommodating like the fact that they knew who I was, called me by my Name when I arrived.
as for the treatment got exactly what was said on the tin.
Every thing I was told about the treatment and what would happen would unfold as describe , so no surprises.
Day of the operation staff where very good, professional and friendly made me feel very relaxed .
