I have used this service a few times and must admit I have found some of the Doctors to be unhelpful and rude.
However, my most recent consultation was excellent the GP was very caring, understanding and helpful. I was very impressed and she deserves five stars.

The Doctor listened, took time to note down all symptoms and other medical history. Gave advice. Call was on time and access to a GP was quick and efficient - and on a Saturday!

Excellent service by all
My appointment was booked in very quickly. The doctor I spoke to was really nice, informative and helpful.
My medication was proscribed at the time of the call and I was able to collect it from my local pharmacy straight away.
The interaction was forwarded to my GP Practise and a follow up appointment has been made.
Absolutely excellent service all around, especially as my local GP is completely maxed out and appointments are hard to come by.

Excellent service, I was referred to a specialist and saw that person the next day. It takes a long time to get an appointment with my GP, so I'm grateful for this service.
