Hearbase did a fantastic job.
After too many years of putting it off, I finally opted to get hearing aids. Very pleased that I decided to go with Hearbase.
The audiologist Sharon gave me all the tests I needed and then gave me a thorough breakdown of what my options were and how best to manage my hearing aids and what I could reasonably expect from them.
I'm delighted with them (Opticon) and they have made a hugely noticeable improvement not just to my hearing but to the quality of life. I can hear conversation without straining or half guessing what's being said, birdsong, ambient sound, TV etc are all now restored to something like I probably last heard a good 10 years ago.
You wouldn't hesitate to change your glasses prescription, don't wait to fix your ears!

This was a five-star experience in every way. Bianca at the Bromley clinic is a highly professional, caring and friendly audiologist and the expert microsuction procedure to remove wax in both my ears was painless and completely successful. A Good Experience at Hearbase
I have received first class service from Bianca at Hearbase, Bromley. The attitude of the whole staff was pleasant and caring. The minor problems that I had with my hearing aids were promptly rectified. My ears were thoroughly examined and I felt that the quality of my hearing really mattered to them.

Excellent service - Bexleyheath
I first visited Hearbase (Bexleyheath branch) a year ago. Following various background questions with Bianca she carried out a number of different tests in the soundproof cubicle. It would have been very easy for her to recommend a hearing device, especially as I’m well into my 70s, but she advised that I didn’t need anything.
I went back for another test last week (following wax removal by Damien the previous day, which he carried out efficiently) and again the outcome from the tests was that I didn’t need anything.
At every visit I was made to feel welcome, valued and listened to. Bianca explained the test results to me very clearly. The location is also very convenient (on the Broadway, near Asda). I’ll be back again when my next test is due!

I just had my ears cleaned by suction in their branch in Bromley. I feel like a new woman. My tinnitus has all but disappeared and I can hear better than ever! Lack of care
Unfortunately I’d forgotten that I’d originally visited Regain Hearing in Broadstairs and ended up being booked in with Hearbase.
I was only 10 minutes- had one ear micro suctioned and paid £70. Within 24 hrs I had excruciating ear pain with discharge. I saw a GP who confirmed I had an ear infection and prescribed me an antibiotic ear spray. I’ve never had so match pain !!! A week later and I think it’s cleared up ? Avoid avoid avoid…..

Ear wax removal in Broadstairs.
Went to Broadstairs branch for ear wax removal. Rachel, the practitioner could not be more gentle, kind and professional. We had a chat first about the health of my ears. She was very understanding and patient particularly when it came to my damaged ear. She carried out the removal with care and patience without any distress to myself. Before leaving she answered a few more questions and talked me through the future self care I could do to help minimise any further build up. I thought the clinic was spotlessly clean and all the staff were lovely. A good price too. Would definitely recommend and return if i needed to.

I took my 91 year old mother-in-law to Deal for wax removal. All the staff were friendly and Ashleigh and Rachel who were highly professional and made sure she was confotrable at all times whilst spending a lot of time with her trying to remove some very stubborn wax. Thank you Hearbase!

Expert attention and care
The clinician Ashleigh was welcoming, reassuring and utterly professional. The procedure to remove ear wax was explained carefully and executed with similar care. The result was astonishing! I recommend Hearbase for any one needing expert aural care and treatment.

I attended Hearbase Dover
I attended Hearbase, Dover today for wax removal in both my ears. The female technician was very professional and caring and managed to complete the whole process required in one visit. I must say I was most impressed with the process from start to finish. I asked the technician how long she had been in the post and she said five months. I was quite amazed as she seemed very experienced and confident. I would certainly recommend Hearbase to anyone with a hearing issue.

I visited Hearbase in Bromley needing a short notice ear syringing - Tracy was most helpful in offering to ring me back later that day once she had confirmed any cancellations, before then searching the Hearbase network and booking me an appointment later that morning at another location close by. Really great service.

I visited Hearbase Bromley for hearing…
I visited Hearbase Bromley for hearing aid test very recently. Ana Rodrigues an audiologist showed me my audiogram and explained my situation. After some explanation I was happy to order two hearing aids. This was done and when I went to collect them they were fitted by Ana and she indicated that if I experience any problem I should contact her. I also ordered remote control which arrived very quickly. I went to Hearbase again within a week and I have another appoitment coming in November to see how I am getting on. I am very happy with the way I was treated by Ana. I would also like to state that Tracy a receptionist was very good in dealing with customers. From my experience Hearbase is recommended.
