The excellence of Hearbase
I admit to being reluctant on my first visit to Hearbase - a hearing aid is a big step in anyone's life - but the service given and care taken, especially during this time of Covid, was absolutely faultless, nothing was too much trouble. The lady who helped me had a wealth of experience, was very patient and incredibly helpful. Now I have my hearing aids the aftercare service is excellent. I cannot rate Hearbase highly enough.

Very Satisfied
I tried to clear blockage in hearing aid tube and unfortunately broke the hook that the tube attaches to. I phoned for an appointment and was given an appointment date within 48 hours. Hannah, the audiologist, was very helpful. She repaired my aid and also made time to show me how to re-tube properly, giving me expert advice and tuition. She also checked my ears and hearing aids and made minor adjustments. I was very satisfied with the service I was given.

Hearbase
I bought my first set of hearing aids from another company,and have not had very good results, or service. a friend used Hearbase and arranged for a trial.
The aids they recommended are a major step up, but the service was fantastic from start to finish.Nothing was too much trouble, and I was allowed an extended trial to make sure they were suitable before purchasing.

I was pleased to obtain an appointment for wax removal, which went very well. The subsequent hearing test was also efficient, and the results were revealing.

One Hospital Ashford Kent
I visited Hearbase on Monday & was greeted by a very clean & Covid safe environment. Hannah then introduced herself & we chatted informerly putting me at ease. The service is free for an annual check up, so why would you not get an easy important test like this carried out.

I have been very impressed with all my dealings with hear base.
The administration regarding COVID restrictions has been very thoughtful and welcoming, the consultant very knowledgeable and approachable and I have not feeler pressured at any time to make a quick decision.
I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
