Hearbase Avis 

I have been fitted with excellent new hearing aids by Hannah at the One hospital in Ashford. I cannot thank her enough for her care and patience in finding the best aids for my particular hearing loss. The whole service was efficient, stress free and very professional. For the first time in many years I am now able to hear more clearly on the phone. I am very happy to recommend Hearbase and Hannah without hesitation.

The whole experience was amazing, from someone who has been avoiding being in groups because I could not hear, suddenly thanks to the hearbase team in Deal I can converse openly without trying to guess the topic and add to the conversation. The team were very professional in their dealing and were very patient with explaining the whole set and care of my aids. Thankyou.

I saw a sign for a free hearing test outside the Folkestone branch, although i usually go to Boots for a free hearing test with my eye test, i thought I would give Hearbase a try to see if i could get an appointment sooner. The friendly receptionist gave me an appointment in a couple of weeks. On arriving for my appointment the waiting area was very clean the receptionist was wiping down a chair that was vacated by a patient going in for his appointment. Hand gel is located inside the door. I did not wait long to be seen by a very friendly Audiologist, the office was bright and clean and the hearing booth superior to what i have been used to in the past. A full explanation was given, the test was thorough and professional. I will definetely visit Hearbase again.

Two events the same day-dewaxing treatment in White Cliffs Medical Centre.
This process was carried out by the nurse with brilliant skill and also with very caring and with concerned compassion, putting me at ease.
Second event was at the Hearbase Centre in Folkestone where the practioner, Nicci arranged for a replacement hearing aid as I had lost one a few days earlier. She is my audiologist and always been very kind and supportive. The whole team at Folkestone are very helpful and certainly very kind.

Yet again mum and I were thoroughly impressed by Nicola’s professional prompt experienced review of mum’s hearing aids . Mum has short term memory loss and Nicola demonstrated empathy, caring kind care and understanding and patience with mum during her hearing review, with clear verbal instructions for mum throughout. Mum is never anxious prior or during her Apt’s with Nicola as she is so friendly and puts mum at her ease.
As mums main carer I value Nicola’s support to me in maintaining mums hearing aids at home with clear practical and theoretical advice to me too.

I attended for ear care, and then again for a hearing test. Receptionists are all friendly and helpful. The clinical staff explained clearly each step of the process, and made me feel very comfortable and confident.

The treatment received was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The only reason the review is not 5* is because access was via a step which was very difficult for my mum to negotiate with her walker especially as it's quite a heavy door to hold open.

I had a free hearing test at The One hospital with Hannah. She was very patient, thorough and made me feel at ease. I feel happier now that she has asked my doctor to refer me to ear and throat.

My husband and I recently attended Hearbase Folkestone. The audiologist was excellent and made the process very easy. The testing was also very thorough and all the necessary safety measures were in place. Highly recommended
