David was punctual sufficient and polite. I have some hearing loss but He didn’t try to talk me into getting hearing aids. I will definitely go back again for a further test in the next few months... Voir plus

Hearing Test
Anthony (the audiologist) was very professional and friendly. The test was comprehensive and even involved me listening to a real person at different distances and even in an another room. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Extremely disappointed after spending…
Extremely disappointed after spending £3,500 on hearing aids three years ago that nobody thought to tell me at the time that in three years I would need to spend another £4000 to hear properly, had I been aware that the hearing aids couldn’t be adapted to my hearing needs as each year past I would of just settled for the cheaper ones in the beginning. Not impressed that there nothing they can do to help me unless I spend that amount of money yet again. Possibly naive but absolutely will NOT be recommending anyone to hidden hearing.

I felt I was looked after in such a professional way. Everything was made perfectly clear during my appointment. I was not rushed in any way and came away quite happy to go ahead with my decision to go ahead with my hearing aids.

Efficiency and honesty

I didn’t even want to give one star…
I didn’t even want to give one star they are so bad! Having confirmed my appointment twice I received a call from Brian one of the managers at 12noon informing me casually that my appointment for 12noon wouldn’t be going ahead I was shocked at how inconsiderate & disrespectful of my time he was… I didn’t wait to hear the excuse I told him to forget about it & remove me from his list!!
