David was punctual sufficient and polite. I have some hearing loss but He didn’t try to talk me into getting hearing aids. I will definitely go back again for a further test in the next few months... Voir plus

Highly recommended
Comfortable surroundings and pleasant staff.
Richard, the Audiologist, explained everything clearly and in detail.
He answered my questions and did not attempt to put me under pressure during my visit.
Now I need time to consider my options to improve my hearing.

Positive Visit to Newtownard's Branch.
I was at your Newtownard's branch for a routine appointment. A lovely lady named Gemma dealt with me in a most professional manner and it was clear that she was very experienced and a credit to Hidden Hearing. I'm very satisfied with the hearing aids I obtained from Hidden Hearing and look forward to my next routine appointments, hopefully with Gemma. Overall, a most pleasant and constructive meeting. Positive First Experience
This was my first experience seeking a hearing assessment / advice and I was a bit apprehensive. The whole visit was incredibly positive. From the moment I walked in the door I was put at ease. Throughout the consultation, Jonathan explained the process and next steps. I felt reassured and under no pressure. Jonathan was happy to answer all my questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to a friend.

10th August. Applied online for an appointment. Received email confirmation that i’d be called within 48 hours. No call. Allowed another day. Still no call. I booked an appointment with Specsavers Wexford. on 13th , Got in next day, had consultation, hearing aids ordered, and received 21st. (Could have got them earlier but I was away on a short break) Hidden Hearing Wexford lost out on more than €3000 due to HHs online system failing them. Should bring it up at the next sales/marketing meeting.

My Mam was so well looked after from…
My Mam was so well looked after from the time we had our appointment to the end, everything was explained to her about what was being done and the reason for it. It was explained to her that she may need hearing aids and the advantages of them. Overall it was a very helpful meeting and my Mam left very happy after her experience.

Very professional service
Very professional service - first time hearing test. I was impressed by the service and staff. From the phone call after making the request and receiving an appointment, advising on parking and checking mobility to the excellent examination by the audiologist Mark. Everything was explained extremely well both before and after the testing.
