David was punctual sufficient and polite. I have some hearing loss but He didn’t try to talk me into getting hearing aids. I will definitely go back again for a further test in the next few months... Voir plus

Very happy with recent visit.
I just had my hearing tested at Hidden Hearing in Castlebar. The test was very thorough and everything was explained very well. The audiologist was very professional and reassuring. I would definitely recommend.

The girl on front desk was polite
The girl on front desk was polite, friendly and even had a wee chat to.
The man that did hearing test explained everything clearly.
Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get ears syringe or hearing test done.

A very professional company
A very professional company and Andrew was very clear and caring in his interveiw. I felt that the treatment was very good. All the staff are excellent, with great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Having been fitted with oticon jet PX 1…
Having been fitted with oticon jet PX 1 ITC in both ears I couldn't believe what I was hearing ...everything was crystal clear. They are virtually invisible which I wanted but I'm over the moon with this product. The staff at High St Belfast were second to none and I would highly recommend both the product and the staff who got me though the whole process.. Thank you David Dundee for all your help.

Brian is obviously a very experienced and knowledgeable in explaining the hearing process the advantages of having hearing aids to suit one’s needs. He is really down to earth has a great attitude and a lovely personality that made the whole ear testing easy and comfortable while also explaining in lay man’s terms how the new hearing aids work plus the benefits they will bring regarding one’s hearing loss. It was an excellent experience to meet someone so good at their work
