Hidden Hearing Ireland Avis 

I had a five star hearing test with Mark Kemp today. He did the full testing including the normal audiology exam, plus a screening for my ability to hear sounds with a distracting background noise and also a familiar voice test. I had ear wax removal yesterday with Anita and was delighted with the top class expertise received from both Anita and Mark. Thank you.

It was a pleasant experience overall.I hadn't realised my hearing was so bad
I definitely knew that my level of hearing along with having tinnitus has a impact on my day to day life experiences to a greater rather than lesser degree but I'm one of the ones that says 'Ah sure look, I hear enough'!
It was revealing to go outside on the street, while wearing the hearing aids and hear conversations that otherwise would be muffled indiscernible sounds.I probably will shop around a bit more before making a final decision but overall I'm impressed with Hidden Hearing. I was told cost is related to higher tech but the product wasn't oversold and I didn't feel pressured into buying...so really, I can't fault anything and I was told to set aside 45 minutes.I was dealt with immediately and everything finished within that time.

I'm buying not "a hearing aid" I'm buying a total care plan a hearing aid and an audiolist who will proactively manage my hearing needs ... so Im happy to pay for that :)

My ear didn't feel good after wax removal a few weeks ago.(only one ear needed wax removal). Zoe explained that it can take weeks for the ear to feel normal after a total blockage which wasn't explained at wax removal. I left wiser today with a doctors referral.

The professional approach was excellent. However my appointment was delayed because Head Office scheduled a meeting that meant all clients on the morning of my appointment were delayed. This was in my view very disrespectful of all these clients. It was not the fault of the local staff. I take this opportunity to register my disapproval.
