David was punctual sufficient and polite. I have some hearing loss but He didn’t try to talk me into getting hearing aids. I will definitely go back again for a further test in the next few months... Voir plus

I just feel that it's not accurate
I just feel that it's not accurate I have my suspicion that's why I don't trust the system of checking he passed an un helpful comment I was a serial pusher for sounds that were not even there well there was also interference and I was pushing for all sounds I don't believe this system is accurate he gave me hearing aids to try on and was trying to convince me away clearer when I honestly wasn't sure I thought he was only interested in selling me hearing aids well I'm taking my chances I will probably get an independent assessment didn't like his tone being honest

I have a very pleasant experience in the store from the moment I arrived for my appointment I was made to feel at ease . Everything was explained the whole way through my appointment and any questions I had were answered in detail . I would highly recommend them

VERY PROMPT SERVICE. NICE OFFICE WHERE TEST WAS HELD. MOST OF ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS SATISFACTORILY. HIDDEN HEARING WERE VERY WELL VERSED IN WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. VERY HAPPY WITH MY VISIT.
