The whole experience was like a military operation i served 22 years in the Royal Airforce as an electronic engineer thank you Deborah and Charlie team.
All the horror stories are unfounded I now have a home which is warm everywhere and the water pressure is amazing.

HIES Insurance for Solar Installation
This service was offered as part of my Octopus Solar panel and battery installation. HIES emailed me with all the details of the insurance included, this was a great piece of mind as with any large personal investment it is great the know you have some backup.
I can highly recommend HIES as they kept me informed throughout the process of their services.

I am unsure what your company does and what it’s roll is. I vetted the installer through online recommendations. There was no deposit for you to protect. The Installers guarantee was sufficient. Your Customer Support was never required and no dispute resolution either. I see this company as a completely unnecessary addition that we have not needed during this process.

I had a very positive experience of having my solar panels, air heat source pump, ventilation and cavity wall insulation installed. The work was done very professionally and it’s so valuable that the companies that install are regulated by an external organisation and are covered by a warranty
