Holiday 101 Avis 

So having booked one cruise with Alex before, I knew he would be super attentive and helpful. This one was slightly more complicated and involved him contacting the company a lot on my behalf and nothing was too much of a bother for him. Prompt responses to the emails I sent and very helpful. Goes over and above to help you and an excellent agent. I will be booking more with him in the future.

We are really pleased that we booked through Alex, he was incredibly easy to get reach either by phone or E-Mail and was really prompt in actioning any requests. He also adds a personal touch which is really nice and reassuring. We heard of people that were having to deal with P&O directly and were waiting 90+ minutes just for them to answer the phone so we're so happy we didn't have to experience that thanks to booking with Alex!
