I have bombarded Alex with question for the last 15 months and he has answered them all straight away and with so much detail and reassurance.

Alex was very helpful, especially for someone who had never cruised before. He was very knowledgeable about the cruise line and ship we were looking at, and ultimately booked. He was available to answer calls outwith ‘normal’ office hours and dealt with requests and paperwork quickly. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and we would definitely book again with him ourselves.
