The income protection plan stated.. retirement and then the number 65.. half way through the plan the retirement age went up to 66.. Holloway do not recognise this and say it was not there responsibility to engage.. having taken legal advice on this matter I beg to differ although this is ongoing!

Easy to get hold of answered phone quickly, explained things well.

I have had a particular case that needed action quickly and must say that Katie and Rebecca have been incredible, I had the pleasure of speaking with Rebecca who not only checked but went above and beyond to chase down the status for me and Katie then even called to let me know terms were coming. Outstanding frankly and shows the mindset of Holloway Friendly which needs more recognition for their can do attitude. A fantastic experience all round

Fast feedback and information laid out in layman's terms, great company who have help me out in the past when suffering from a serious illness

A lot of companies will ask you for review immediately after purchasing they product, however Holloway Friendly ask for review after dealt with customer service and respect that.
Before purchasing the income protection i questioned myself do i really need it, never been off sick i my life for longer than 2 weeks, but you never know... Had a traffic accident, couldn't work for 4 months, Holloway Friendly provided great support, apritiate that. Thank you.

Whilst off work with a condition not covered ( though I believed I was ) , I had an accident and broke my arm , found out not covered for this as I was already unfit from an uncovered condition
Had insurance for 4 years , first time I’ve claimed and refused - guess you only find out how good income protection is when you have to claim and Holloway have certainly protected their £60 a month for 4 years
