Can't provide replacement part!
I can't complain about the customer service. On the two occasions I've been in touch they've responded quickly with a very friendly approach, although they didn't resolve the issue.
For some reason Homedics cannot supply an important component part for their 5-in-1 Total Clean Air Purifier. The instructions clearly state not to continue using the unit if the UVC bulb has stopped working. The unit is barely three years old and yet they don't stock the bulb needed to get it operating again. The only source is from a supplier in Europe with a two month wait, so in the meantime it's redundant.
Definitely wouldn't buy a Homedics air purifier again.
Absolute worst customer service ever
Absolute worst customer service ever! Ordered a humidifier which evri left at my door and I did not receive, been in contact with this company for over a month now with them telling me I need to fill in a form they’ve said they’ve sent me 3/4 times which they have not! Happy enough to take money and not actually deal with any issues! Avoid at all costs

Super fast Foot Flow
I ordered a Foot Flow for my dad and he absolutely loves it! Not only can he get his circulation going whilst watching the TV, he now has another remote to add to his already impressive arsenal... Ordered online, arrived within a few days, free delivery. Great experience.

I had an issue with my Homedics massage…
I had an issue with my Homedics massage chair and contacted their customer service team for help. They were amazing – friendly, efficient, and genuinely keen to resolve the problem. Everything was sorted quickly and without any hassle. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommend Homedics
Great customer service
Last year I purchased a back massager from Homedics and it’s been great, until about a month ago, when it started making an odd noise. I got it contact with the customer service, sent a video showing the issue and they sent a replacement! They were really responsive and happy to help. Will be shopping with them again.
This company sent me a defective air…
This company sent me a defective air purifier, the product does NOT work.
I contacted them within 15minutes of delivery, because when i plugged it in it did not work.
I have purchased from them before so i know how the product should work.
I guess it is only when there is a problem, then you find out just how terrible a company really is.
Customer services are awful, they keep responding with generic email which quite frankly is an insult to customers intelligence.
Replace the defective product or refund my money! Very simple or so I thought.
I will never purchase from them again.
Fraudulent charges / No working contact details.
I ordered an Air Purifier with Next Day delivery, paying a premium for this "service". The order was acknowledged on Sun. 5th Oct, it finally arrived at 7.15 at night on Wed. 8th Oct - a full 3 working days later.
When I attempted to chase it up on Tues 7th Oct, I found they phone number they supplied on my order was disconnected. The email address they give also doesn't exist. You can't follow up with them.
HoMedics UK: I would like my £5.95 for Next Day delivery returned - you took the money for an expedited service that you didn't deliver.
Appalling
Appalling. Don’t buy from this company. A faulty item- a reluctant customer service resistant to refunds. Endless incompetence and time wasting exercise. Avoid at all cost.
I would use this company again
I bought a mini Novo massage gun from Argos in August 2023 it stopped charging so I contacted customer service through email they asked for proof of purchase and a short video showing the problem.
They responded very quickly and sent me out a new product as it was under warranty for three years I would definitely use homedics again they've been very professional and fair.
Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service be warned !! Ordered the wrong filter, followed the returns procedure and reached out per the contact us link on website to request a returns label (which isn’t included with the parcel for some reason ??) No response, so tried again, another 4 times still no response so tried to find a contact number for some reason they no longer deal with telephone queries so emailed direct to which I did get a response, however as now over the 30days have exceeded the returns window. Will never be using them again.
Rubbish customer service
Bought an air purifier.
Paid for next day delivery but waited 3 days for the item.
The item was damaged in transit and the company does not respond to emails or the online form , avoid this firm

Bad customer service
I cancelled an online order using an email to customer service but they still despatched. They take 3 days to respond to emails and have no telephone contact. Homedics pay lip service to online selling regulations. Don’t use. I will further review attempts to return order and gain a refund. Fortunately I used Amazon pay
Avoid
Avoid. Bought a massage chair which broke within a month or so. Tried to contact on numerous occasions, they’ve ignored me each time. The ‘2 year guaranteed’ is nothing but a lie.
Ordered an air purifier
Ordered an air purifier. Device is good as I have previous experience. Despatch is fast, but a business shouldn't go to low as to try and make money off delivery.
I paid for next day delivery, so I expect them using a premium next day delivery, not EVRI which a low quality courier with poor service and theft issues. Also device was dispatched in very cheap plastic bag without much protection. You can do better on those aspects.
Customer support outstanding
We had a back massager, used every day for 13 years of service. Very happy with it. Eventually it broke - not surprising.
We would only replace with another HoMedics.
Leaving out the boring detail, we had several interactions with Customer Support, and on every occasion they went above and beyond the service level expected both in speed of response and in their actions.
Highly recommend.
