The task was well coordinated, the engineer (Mr Luke) assigned kept me updated all the time , to begin with he briefed me about the tasks he's gonna perform and told a tentative time for completion, and finished up his work exactly on time, well trained staff.

Original appointment had to be cancelled, but due to excellent customer service, we were accommodated later the same day. Jay carried out the inspection quickly and efficiently. A big thank you to all involved.

Excellent communication leading up to the appointment including being given an expected time of arrival (rather than the usual half day window!) and updates from Jay on his latest arrival time. Jay was very friendly and efficient in carrying out the EICR check and answered all my questions professionally. My certificate came within the hour. Was very pleased to have chosen this company.

Brilliant service! Very helpful & affordable

EICR was incorrectly failed and I was sent a quote for £228 to fix problem that did not exist. I had to make numerous calls to get the EICR certificate corrected. It seems from other reviews that I am not alone in this experience so I can't put this down to a genuine mistake

Home Hosts very promptly attended a problem for an electrical installation we needed urgently to get a new tenant in before Christmas. Rob was amazing. He helped me from start to finish to go through the first report and works that needed carrying out. It was EICRs that I booked through the Constructor but due to the old fuse boxes it failed the tests, and I had to have the fuse boxes replaced. The guys knew what they were doing and were kind and considerate.

Please avoid, this company are scamming people through a loop hole! We booked to have an EICR test, Home Hosts sent out Luke who was not even a qualified electrician. He failed the test on a five year old flat and Home Hosts quoted us £510 worth of work. We then instructed a legit qualified electrician and the EICR was passed with no issues. Lesson learnt, if something is too good to be true, it probably is! Had a call from the company owner who told me my negative review isn’t the first and won’t be the last. Take from that what you will.

Complete waste of time - i needed an EICR and the electrician I found was over priced. Inflated prices to replace 3 x £20 switches by quoting extra tine that is not even required.
Then I was quoted £250 to install a wired in smoke alarm that I provided.
I got another electrician to complete the work - just wish I had earlier. There are also other reviews like this online if you search cia the company name - they hide behind myconstructor.
Also I must say that the name of the people giving great reviews below sound very simialr if not exactly the same as the people that work at the company….
