Good price and no hassle
My rental property needed an EICR which i got done by an electrician but i was suspicious of the quote i got when it failed. This company were able to do the work necessary for it to pass for significantly less and coordinated it well with the tenant. Top class service, will consider using again in the future

Unqualified people , unreliable report. Stay away
Booked their service via myconstructor website. The appointment was NO show despite me chasing them and was promised someone will def be there. Wasted my half day as I don’t live in my rental property. Then on the rescheduled appointment, their so called “ very qualified electrician “ took readings and went. Within an hour got a call from them saying the EICR failed, a new consumer unit was needed and quoted over £1000. I escalated the case and they actually admitted the so called electrician isn’t a qualified electrician but just an employee of the company. I hence got another fully qualified electrician to inspect and got a PASS EICR report. I have seen multiple people reporting the same issue. They use low prices to get business and then fail you on purpose to try to get more money out of you. Stay away from them! You have been warned! If you ever have the same experience , so talk to your payment provider to make a charge-back if you paid by credit card!

Home Hosts Electrical Ltd Absolutely scamming people. They give reasonable fee for electricity certificate but they came to my home via my contractor and day gave me £50 quote for certificate their scammer engineer his name is Anil came home checked everything and said that everything is fine and we will receive certificate by email after he left property we received the invoice via email to pay was £65. I have paid this amount. After 20 minutes late we have received huge report instead of certificate. I have called company today which have done my property electrical work 6 years ago
They came checked and everything fine, except broken corner of one socket. Please highly recommend you to stay away from this scammers.

Cheap price for Electrical Certificate but then quickly received an inaccurate report with a large estimate to fix the supposed problems. Avoid!
