Review of our experience with “ Home Selling Expert”
After two not so sweet experiences with 2 local estate agents we dropped them and contacted Matthew at “Home Selling Selling Expert” who promised to do better. He kept his word and sold our property in double quick time- and at a good price. My wife and l were delighted to move on so soon. Matthew and his assistant, Kirsty Burnham, between them offered - and provided- an excellent and friendly and thoroughly professional service and we are most grateful to them. Simply we would say that that business does mix with pleasure - and both were achieved with excellent results. Matt at the Home Selling Expert was super helpful! I read a lot of the articles on line and then initially enquired as we were considering auctioning and I wanted to know if traditional or modern was best for us. He talked me through these two options but also so many other options incase we hadn't considered. He shared some very helpful material. We've been on the market 6 months and no offers, and he took all of this into account when discussing options.

My father approached Home Selling Expert for advice on selling his home quickly to pay off a mortgage that was due. Matthew was extremely generous with his time and knowledge talking us both through the options estate agents had recommended, and recommending an alternative approach.

My father ended up actually using HSE's own selling service which is not advertised on their website. This turned out to be a great decision and the house was sold for a good price. I was initially worried about selling the house through a firm that wasn't based in the local area. But Matthew reassured us they would actually advertise the house through 2 of the best local estate agents, which meant the agents had local knowledge, and also motivated each agent to work hard to be the one who made the sale! Matthew researched local agents for us and arranged for valuations etc to make sure my father got the right agents for his property.

Matthew was extremely conscientious, responsible and thorough in talking through the best selling strategies, highly transparent and upfront about HSE's fees and service, and had an extremely clear and straightforward contract, no confusing small print.

The sale process was then handled by HSE's agent Kirsty, who was wonderful. She jumped into action immediately, and my father had good offers within the first few days of viewings. Kirsty was constantly in contact and making sure we were informed, she always did exactly what she promised, and right away. She chased up buyers, estate agents, surveyors and solicitors, and handled all negotiation and communication. She went above and beyond in helpfulness, such as helping find the right removals and storage company. Matthew and Kirsty also supported my father in contact with his own mortgage company. Both were warm, friendly and reassuring throughout. It took a big weight off my mind knowing that my father was receiving the best support, advice and assistance through the whole process. Our trust in HSE both as advisers and selling agents was completely justified.

I spoke with Matthew who was extremely helpful and honest. He led me through a process which enabled me to clarify the best options that were available. Matthew and Kirsty are the best! Honestly, cannot thank them enough for their patience and calm intervention with our house selling situation. We had gone through two estate agents and were about to give up all hope when we reached out to Matthew and had our consultation in early September. We started the process with Kirsty but had a last minute unicorn buyer come out of left field with our second estate agent so we did not get the chance to go through to the finish line with the team but we almost regret we hadn't because we still took WAY longer than we would have had Kirsty been on the case, either way a great result and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend ANYONE needing to sell their house properly go through the team here, the service is second to none, really!

So much useful information that was well laid out by Matthew. He curated my phone call with him to my needs, not just general knowledge.
