House has been on the market for just short of two years. Not desperate to sell, but only had two offers since going to market.
Changed estate agents early in 2024 and finally had an offer in Oct 24 which we accepted, unfortunately chain broke further down the line.
Wanted to explore alternatives on selling our property, so contacted HSE. Matthew walked us through all plausible options.
We will put his advice into action ASAP.
