The advice received was extremely helpful and they were able to answer all the questions that I asked. I will now make a well informed decision on what is best for me in selling my house.

He also suggested a very useful method of thinking about the sale over a long period of time as a way of helping to reduce the stress of the sale process. He gave me information on what was selling around me of the same value and explained that at the moment it was the Market that was affecting the sale and to possibly look at the photos on RightMove as it doesn’t show the best of the property. Being typically me I was looking for the quickest, easiest way to sell the flat for as much as I could get...and thankfully spoke to Matthew before I did anything stupid.
