If I could give zero stars, I would.
HomeServe has been nothing but a runaround for weeks. My policy is clearly contradictory, and instead of resolving it fairly, they’ve used that confusion to deny coverage at every turn.
One representative confirmed my policy would cover labor and refrigerant. Another scheduled a contractor who works on my unit. That contractor came out, verified the part was under warranty, and started the process—only to be told afterward that HomeServe wouldn’t cover the installation after all.
I’ve received multiple conflicting explanations from different reps, including Seth, Aurora, Lee, and someone named “Nay Nay,” each telling a different version of what is or isn’t covered. No one follows up, no one takes accountability, and the story changes every time you call.
After two weeks, I’m left with no repair, no clear answer, and a company that seems more interested in avoiding coverage than honoring their commitments.
This is not service—it’s a bait-and-switch.

Arkansas testing and water repair line did a great job they showed up two days ahead of time the next day I had people out here marking the utilities and the third day they were here to change the line out. They cleaned up and left my yard looking good . Thank you.

The Tech's were well knowledgeable of my unit and by close experienced troubleshooting they were able to fix my thermostat 's function!

Home serve has help me alot in repairs that i do not have to pay out of pocket cost and i save alot of money on repairs. I just pay monthly for repairs service. The work that homeserve do to repair is great and completed. They would fix any repair that need to be done in your house with a monthly service payment. I appreciate homeserve for the work they have done.

The Gas Co. confirmed a gas leak and turned off our gas.I had HomeServe gas line coverage and they came out within a few hrs after I called and repaired the problem that day. They were very professional and took care of the dangerous situation promptly. Very thankful I have this coverage!

Contacted HomeServe for annual A/C spring tune up service and received a call back with in less than a minute to schedule a service appointment . The A/C company provided name of technician and timeline .
