I called for a fix for our plumbing problem on Saturday. It was a disconnect in our kitchen sink drain...under the house , which means we couldn't use the sink or dishwasher until it was fixed. The plumber came on Tuesday! The plumber was excellent. Very professional and friendly. Home Serve dropped the ball by not communicating with a plumber sooner.. and the plumber they contacted is 60 miles away! We have plenty of local plumbers. I'm sure they could have gotten a local one out Monday.

The company was GPS. They came out and diagnosed the problem got the ok to replace the gas piping in the crawlspace. They finished it in a timely manner and restored our gas on the same day. The technicians were very professional and answered all my questions. Very happy with their work. 5 Stars without a doubt.

The companies that make repairs are good , stop raising your prices on customers every year because is not necessary please stop because you raise your rates every year and extremely too much

Didn’t turn out as well as I expected. I’m handicapped and couldn’t walk down to the basement. After a friend of mine videoed it I saw electric cables hanging down that were not before.
