All Around Great Experience

They responded quickly, were on the schedule given me--no matter the weather. I have had 2 different experts work on my problem, and they are knowledgeable, polite, listen, and advise me as needed.

Poor communication when closing issue

Homeserv apparently agreed with the appliance repairman to buy out my broken appliance but didn't contact me to tell me it tell me how I was going to receive the buy out money.

Very prompt service

Very prompt service. Technician was courteous and discovered it wasn’t a broken water line. He asked if I need any other assistance. Task was completed under an hour.

Your firm denied my claim

Your firm denied my claim. Unknown lawn company contracted by my neighbor damaged my sewer clean out port. Your firm advised me that the insurance does not cover accidents. Plumbing usually does not break unless acted upon by an outside force. Therefore your insurance is basically worthless.

Used HomeServe to tuneup our AC units. Setting up appointment was easy (there was a small mixup when they only scheduled us for 1 unit instead of 2 units, but called while the technician was here and got the second unit on our order). They sent technician Scott from Service Experts Houston. He was on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable!
