I reached out to use this company for the first time. I ordered for every 2 months Clorox disinfectant wipes and Apothecary anti bacterial hand liquid soap 8 jars. My first order received the soap had spilled all over the box. When I opened it I recorded it and sent a video and pics to the company by email. No one returned my call. I called the next day and still nothing. The following week I called and a customer service rep told me they would send a replacement for the damaged goods and the discoloration. Fine that was acceptable. However, the next day around 12:30 Tuesday 8/11/2020 a gentlemen called me and told me that I had to return the discolorated bottles and the bottle that spilled out. Huh??? How tacky and rude I thought. I reminded him that it was a week ago when no one returned my email. The box and the bottle had been thrown away. He went back and forth defending the unprofessional way I received it. Claimed it wasn't their company that they had packed it right and had a picture. I told him I could show him the video and the pics. He then asked me if I had an iPhone! I told him Ibhad an android. I could tell I was dealing with a person with no experience or apparent training in customer service and sales. I bluntly told him to send me a replacement. He cut me off was a poor listener and chastise me for not allowing him to speak.. knowing he woke me up from sleeping.. After I hung up I thought...why am I even dealing with a company such as this? I am canceling my ongoing subscription effective immediately. Buyer beware!

They are not filling orders, they are charging credit cards, and not responding to emails or voice calls. If you call their 800# you are transferred to a voicemail.

I was terrified of the negative reviews, but couldn't find clorox wipes anywhere, so I took the chance. They came within two weeks of my order being placed. I was only charged once and faced no communication issue. I triple checked the canisters to make sure they were legitimate clorox wipes and hadn't been tampered with, as has happened with an Amazon order I made previously. The company may not be the most organized, but shipping was faster than I've had for many major corporations during this pandemic.

I usually don't write negative reviews but this is an exception. I placed an order from this company over a month ago and received no communication from them until I sent 3 emails asking where my order was. I received my order today after waiting over a month, and the bottle spilled through the package and I was left with about 15-20% off the product. (Granite counter cleaner.) WORST buying and shipping experience ever!!

Very unhappy with home supply. No products and no response to my tickets. ordered products 6 weeks ago and have not received. had to go through bbb to get number to call warehouse directly in florida (305) 358-5644. They have promised to get back to me and send out my shipment. we will see since its been 6 weeks since i ordered my items.

I ordered products from them and they keep billing and re-processing the same order. I call them and leave messages, no one calls back. The few times you get someone, they tell you they will stop and refund but they do not. Stay away from this outfit.

Prior to making my purchase I read all the reviews listed. I decided to take a chance. Well, I received my confirmation order number, noticed the order was being shipped, and I recieved my order today. I am satisfied and I had a great experience. I will order again.

Please, do not order from this company. I believe this company is a scam. They will not respond after countless emails. I can never get anyone on the phone. Everytime I email, they provide a ticket number but no one ever gets back with me. I've been waiting 2 months for an item I ordered. I haven't received an update yet. They charged my card a second time which was unauthorized. Nightmare!

Scamm!! CHARGED FROM CREDIT CARD BUT ALWAYS FACIN CARD DECLINED ERROR

Don’t use this company!!! I received first shipment then went with autoship. Card charged a second time, but have never received shipment. Website says it is still unfulfilled. Tried calling company, but no answer. Sent email request to cancel order & cancel autoship, but again no response. Would not even give them 1 star, but had to in order to fill this out. Very disgusted with this company!!!!!

Card charged 2x but 2 months without items received. Emailed but no response. Called and waited 45 min before having to hang up. Called a second time and waited an hour. Customer service rep was rude and didn’t apologize ... just said that’s how the subscription works. This company is scamming people by getting their card info, charging the card, but not shipping the products. Rep said she’d go ahead and ship June and July’s items that I’d receive a new order number via email. Haven’t received an email and when signed in to account it still showed orders unfulfilled. Terrible way of doing business! I can see I’m not the only customer being scammed!

I had a very great experience with this company I order 4 cans of Lysol and 4 75 count Lysol wipes received them ALL and it was 80.00 for all.I could have done without the membership fee 3.99 but Lysol is very hard to get and the price has went up on it so the 3.99 was ok.GREAT COMPANY AND NO THEY DID NOT PAY ME TO WRITE THIS.

Only got one star because I had to! This company is a total fraud. Thursday night I ordered Lysol aerosol. When asked for payment, it said my card was declined. Twice I did this and then put in another credit card and it was also declined. I thought about trying again but didn’t. Today Saturday, I woke up to calls and emails requesting review of potentially fraudulent transactions on both debit and credit card, which all of them are. 5 purchases made in Florida where the company is supposedly located but better yet, and 2 cash app withdrawals made in California through cash app for a total of $2500 alone. All of these came thru on Friday evening. If I hadn’t tried using both cards to place my order, I would never have known who stole my info. This company will be shut down Monday by my attorney! Check your bank accounts, credit cards etc. They have decided to up their ante and so have I!!!!

Shame on me for not reading reviews 1st. My outdoor pot arrived shattered - because there was ZERO packing material in box. Customer service is a complete farce - no answer, no email response. I will file with BBB.

Did not provide a ship date when I bought the product, two weeks later finally get a ship date. In between, I wrote them several emails asking to cancel because I had to purchase the product elsewhere, and never received a reply back. No reply and no response. Wish I had read their reviews before I placed the order.

I ordered three cans of spray paint. That was two weeks ago. I emailed support a week ago. No paint and no response.

Totally dishonest company. They charged me for the cleaning supplies, never shipped, and refused to refund. They never reply to emails or voice messages. Totally scummy.

I was skeptical after reading reviews, but in the situation our country is currently in, and the shipping being slower than normal my order came in timely manner! I have not been able to find the lysol laundry sanitizer anywhere in town or surrounding towns! Thank you home supply!

Did not fulfill my orders for weeks. Does not answer the phone but tells you to email them and then they don’t respond. Charged for orders that in their own system state were never fulfilled. Claims to have sent other items that were never received. COVID is not an excuse. Do not buy from them. If you’re waiting for an order I recommend starting a dispute with your credit card company.
