Poor Customer Service
This company has horrible customer service. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Please don't waste your money here. Still have not received my order from April.
Update: I did eventually receive my order at the end of July and revised my review to reflect. Customer communication is still poor and need to improve upon response time.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!! BBB Rates them an F and they could care less about customer service. They are a joke. If you buy something and have an issue good luck. You will be ignored.
No Customer Service
No Customer Service. I placed two orders with Home Supply. I received half of my first order and none of my second order. When I called their toll free number there was actually a message on the machine from a fairly young sounding person saying they don't answer their phones. When I sent an email regarding theses orders, I received the email back as undeliverable . I am now processing two claims with two different credit cards to receive refunds. I would not suggest using this company. I doubt it's legitimacy.
I can't get a response
I've emailed over 14 times, begging for help. I see the payment on my bank statement, products were ordered in April. No response for the past 35+ days, no email responses, I email this company begging for help. They don't respond and their reviews (wish I knew this before purchasing from their website) are terrible.

I placed an order on May 25 for three items and three days later got a confirmation email for only one of them and received one of those items shortly there after. It is now June 25 and I have not received the other 2 items of my order. I called numerous times just to be disconnected each time. I tried to email the information email on the bottom of the home screen and that email was returned back to me saying it was an invalid email address. I keep trying to login so that I can cancel the subscription and I can’t login, site claims my email address and password are incorrect, and when I try to recover my password (just in case I typed that in wrong) the email address (that they have sent me emails to) is all of a sudden invalid. I can’t even log into the account to discontinue all of this.Found another customer service email address and emailed that, and now I’m getting responses from somebody claiming they’re going to expedite my order but I’m not holding my breath. Very wary about this company of course it was too good to be true that they had Lysol and Clorox wipes as well as Lysol spray. I Do not recommend this company at all.

They deserve 5 stars for being the worst company I ever encountered!!!
I have emailed them a dozen times with no response. Although I placed the order on condition that they will not put me on automatic subscription, they did subscribe me. The first order arrived partially, 45 days after the order although my credit card was charged immediately. They just sent me another shipment that I did not need. I sent them a message that they can send UPS to pick it up and take it back within 4 days or I’ll donate it. At the same time, I called my CC company and told them about the company and ask for full credit back. The CC company did credit me right away, froze Home Supply from charging my credit card and asked me for all the emails I sent to the company. They also said that they got complaints from other CC holders against the Home Supply. You should try this option too with your CC company.
Never received the full order
Placed an order on Apr 25 (2 months ago). 2 weeks after that *half* of the order was shipped. The other half is still pending. Wrote to support to no avail.

I gave a 1 star because there is no option for a zero. I waited for over 60 days, after leaving several voice-mail and emails and reported to BBB before I got a response from this business. Yes, they responded by asking me to remove my complaint. Grant it, they have not yet to reach out to me to find out my concern. I will never recommend ordering anything from this site. I have never gave a bad review

Place and paid for an order over a week ago. Sent two emails requesting status of order and no response back from company. Called the phone number on the website and message states “inbox is full”. Terrible customer service if this is a legit website which is questionable. Going to contact my credit card company to initiate a chargeback.
