Had our hot tub recently installed. Excellent customer service from Claire, Dan, and Mike. Nothing too much trouble. Reliant, efficient service from start to finish. Courteous and knowledgeable. Full explanation given on operation and maintenance, and use of chemicals. Any concerns with the hot tub, the team are happy to assist straight away. Can't recommend them enough. We absolutely love our hot tub, and give them five stars every time .

First time I’ve left a review - felt compelled after the service received. Brilliant, start to finish and beyond! Had no idea about hot tubs, was guided through the selection process - then a site visit from Mike - he clearly explained what needed to be where etc. Tub arrived promptly when they said it would, and both owners turned up to fit it meticulously. Everything clearly explained to me from operation and chemical training. Any issues, questions etc I have they get back to me ASAP and always happy to help. Highly recommended.

Just used Hot Tub Liverpool to transport a hot tub. Mike and Dan were fantastic. Really friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. 5* from me.

I bought a second hand hot tub so reached out to Hot Tub Liverpool for assistance moving it. They were the most reasonably priced in the area. They were really efficient and friendly. Upon delivery they showed me how to maintain the tub. They supplied me with chemicals and a filter. Next day I realised the tub had a leak. Hot Tub Liverpool came out straight away They identified and showed me the leak was from the pump. They fixed it free of charge. 5 star company who I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We ordered the tub a couple of months previous n Claire kept us constantly up to date with shipping etc. We had it delivered/installed 2 days after it was in the showroom. We also had to have a crane n that was all sorted by Claire(no stress for us). Turned up at 9, all straight forward n done in no time. Mike n Dan know exactly what they'r doing, very professional, down to earth, great guys. We had an issue which was completely down to us about the headroom above the tub but they took the time to assess it n make a few changes to the lifter, all sorted. Much appreciated too. All was explained n nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely recommend using this company. Thank you.
