Brilliant service!! We wanted to buy our first hot tub from a local company where we could visit the show room and try them out. Hot Tubs Liverpool gave us a complete tour of the tubs available and explained the differences between them, we settled on the Sundance Chelsee which Mike and Dan delivered and installed yesterday. Great product, cheap price, sent quickly, postage not that cheap so order extra packets of spa cleanser which made a saving - would recommend.

Mike, Dan and Claire have been amazing since I was in the market for a hot tub. They talked me through at length the difference between different brands / countries. Not pushy at all, but clearly knowledgeable which is why I took their advice.

They provided a professional tutorial service teaching me about the maintenance of a hot tub, and ongoing costs.

On the day of installation I was working from home. They arrived early - and got on with it hassle free.

What’s most impressive is the customer service post installation and how they are there for any issues or simply questions which has been very much appreciated.

Had our hot tub only 9 mts company we bought it from has gone bust thank god for hot tub Liverpool had a leak called into the showroom to ask advise Mike came out had it sorted within the hour thank you hot tub Liverpool panic over this really is the place to go if you require anything hot tub related

When my hot tub finally arrived from Finland and the guys from Liverpool came to sort it out and install it I can say I was absolutely delighted! Even though there was a delivery delay which was out of their hands they kept me informed. They were courteous and knowledgeable and getting a hot tub to the Isle of Man was always going to be a challenge but they did it. The price was good and the Rexener hot tub is fab. It even runs on diesel and it actually surprisingly quiet with no nasty niffs. I’m happy to recommend this company to all my friends. Thanks

Awesome! I cannot recommend Liverpool hot tubs enough! From moment we went in showroom Mike & Dan were so helpful 👍 we’d been to many HT shops and I’d been saving for months so I wasn’t going to buy from just anyone; but almost straight away we knew these guys were the ones to buy from! Never pushy but informative and super helpful… from start to finish and installing just dream team (not to forget the ever helpful Claire either!)

Excellent service, actually bought the tub in September but garden wasn’t ready until 7th December. So no high pressure selling just straight forward advice on pros and cons of price bracket, power and country of supply. Delivery was on time and again excellent service, site left tidy with all packaging removed. Really clear instructions on how to manage the water chemistry.
Basically a fantastic local Liverpool company.
