The process has been extremely thorough, which it should be for something as complex as Equity Release.

Outstanding service and expertise from Alison.
We made contact with Alison Wren some years ago and after sound advice we concluded that at that time Alison quite rightly and sensibly suggested that we wait a while longer and revisit the Equity Release again. So we did and we thoughtfully planed and prepared matters with Alison’s expert advice.
Alison has been extremely professional and supportive which we felt was a major quality to have especially with releasing equity from our home. Alison talked and walked us both thoroughly through the entire process and was never ever late in replying and always in communication and just basically super responsive, respectful and reliable. Alison showed great patience including excellent attention to the smallest details,and and we never felt pressured or rushed throughout the entire process. Especially as we first knew her some years ago and her advice was a hundred percent spot on by suggesting we held off a few times over the years until this year.
In conclusion we found the entire process and service from Alison first class and she is a huge credit to Hub Financial Solutions and their client portfolio.
Alison gave us both the confidence and reassurance that we have absolutely made the right decision. We hope whoever reads this will know what to expect from Alison and her colleagues at the Hub.

Laura was absolutely fantastic today, she was very professional and gave me plenty of options for my pension. I have being trying to ascertain how my brother entered into an annuity via hub with Just just two and a bit years
before he passed away with a serious heart issue which existed at the time he took out the annuities.After 4 months of writing commencing in February I have not received an acknowledgement or substantive response.
This is despite providing a copy of the death certificate and will and codicil.If there was a category below one star or even a minus I would give it.
