Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, accommodating my change of letter colouring last minute, thank you! Coupled with a great, well made product, which received its first parcel whilst we were out, I can't tell you how satisfying that was! Highly recommended

After buying a fence mounted parcel box…
After buying a fence mounted parcel box I then found out it doesn't come with a trim to cover the cut out hole in the fence.
I have called ILoveParcels every day for a week with no luck getting through to anyone, I have also emailed but had no response.

Thank you for your feedback.
For clarity, the fence-mounted parcel box did not include a finishing trim as standard. At the time — as now — there was an optional frame available to purchase separately to neatly finish the cut-out, and this was shown on the product page.
We understand that finishing details are important, and we always aim to ensure product inclusions and optional extras are clearly presented so customers can choose what suits their installation.
Regarding contact, during that period our preferred method of communication was via our online contact form so enquiries could be logged and responded to efficiently. We responded to all messages successfully received through that system. If any correspondence failed to reach us, we apologise for the frustration caused.
We continually review both our product information and communication processes to improve the overall experience.

Never miss a delivery again.
We used the next day delivery so we could fit the box before we went away. My husband made a template in order to drill the holes. It was quite heavy to support while he fitted the screws. We have quite a few deliveries and the postman and the Amazon driver have both used the box. We are very pleased with it.

Post Box was generally Good quality Fixing supplied was not fit for purpose I’m sure Love parcel are aware of this.
Also very disappointing that the Lettering is just Vinyl stickers.

We’re sorry to hear the delivery was redirected by UPS at the time — while couriers occasionally make routing decisions within their network, we understand that this can be frustrating.
With regard to fixings, we supply standard masonry fixings suitable for solid surfaces. Depending on the wall type, some customers prefer to use their own specialist anchors, and we always recommend selecting fixings appropriate for the specific installation surface.
Our personalised lettering is produced using exterior-grade vinyl designed for long-term outdoor use. This is the industry-standard method for clean, precise personalisation while maintaining the integrity of the powder-coated finish.

Impressively simple and effective design will accept quite large packages and save Amazon et al trying to hide them around the back. Plus you can have the property name and postcode stylishly printed on the door. Your postman will thank you!
