All going well at the moment, fairly easy procedure. Sadly you have to pay the full amount at time of booking.
Would have given 5 stars but I can't do that till the holiday is completed.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I'm afraid all balances for Cruise holidays are required to be settled 3-4 months (12 - 16 weeks) before departure. Therefore, as your departure date falls within this period at the time of booking your balance was due.

Mike was polite, courteous and helpful. Offered me several solutions to fulfil my request. No pressure to book. Final price was very competitive . Would definitely use infinity cruises again.

My dealings when I contacted Infinity Cruises were with their representative Mike. He was most helpful in making individual arrangements for myself and my partner to accommodate my specific requirements to tailor our our holiday package to meet them.
